    Dates of transaction: 7/7/2023 - I had 2010 ****** Corolla towed to business to get an estimate to repair car after mistakenly filling car with diesel fuel. 7/11/2024 Estimate came back at $3,098.41, and estimate fee of $93.18 was paid to business for the estimate only. The car was then towed to a ****** dealership. ****** dealership fixed car for $435 on 7/12/23 & didn't touch fuel pump and injector in process. Three days later, check engine light came on, and ****** technicians found that the fuel pump had been disassembled and not been assembled properly at All Star Tire. ****** technicians took photos and fixed issue. $256.50 was paid to ****** to fix fuel pump disassembly done by All Star Tire. This issue was brought to the attention of All Star Tire in a phone call, a visit, and a report to *** (who referred me to All Star Tire when my car stopped working), and no resolution to the problem has been offered. In fact, the treatment by All Star employees has been rude. All Star employees and the *** employee who called have all said that the fuel injector and fuel pump needed to be replaced (justifying the disassembly during an estimate???). ****** says they have never had to make this replacement on similar fixes. After ******'s fix, the car has had no problems. We have asked All ****************** Service to pay for the charges incurred when the fuel pump and injector had to be fixed ($256.50). We asked for and paid for an estimate at All Star Tire & Auto Service. Yet, we paid for problems caused by work (disassembly) they did when they were estimating repair costs.
