    Why cant there be a no star? Is so thats what I would rate this company. Our experience: oven wasnt heating properly and one gas burner wasnt heating properly either. Called 12-11-24 for service, they came out 12-13-24 for service, tech came out and said they needed to order parts. We had to pay for the parts before the repair could be made, which should be done after repairs are made in my opinion. Paid for the parts and heard nothing else. Called after about a month and was told the parts are on back order. Honestly forgot about it for a bit, now its 3-11-25 and had to call again about the progress, was to they would have to call the tech. Miraculously the parts should arrive today or tomorrow! Weird how that happens right when I called! The person who I talked with at the office just felt like I was attacking her even though I was just trying to tell her the frustration about having to get what I paid for taken care of. Long story short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! THEY DO NOT CARE, THEIR IS NO MANAGER, THEIR TECHS ARE SUBCONTRACTED, AND THEY WI JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY TILL YOU AKS THEM TO TAKE CARE OF WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE WHEN YOU PAYED THEM!

    Just have to say, if you read my review, go check out the other people who have had issues also. This is by far one of the WORST companies i have ever dealt with. Had a defrosting issue with my fridge week before thanksgiving. Tech comes out and says it's one of 3 parts but it's good to replace all 3 if you replace them, like brakes on a car. made sense to me. First tech forgot to place the order to get the quote. He also did not hook up one of the lines/sensors back so next day I lost all of my food in the freezer. New tech come out and hooks up that part and says he'll be taking over the job. over a week goes by before my wife and owner talk on the phone and they say they need a picture of the check and they will order the parts. Parts come in a week later and new tech comes out. Next day, same defrosting error code. Tech comes back out and states that it is probably the control board. I said, that was one of the parts we paid for. He said no, I only put 2 parts on there. That wasn't right. we paid for 3 or at least that is what we were told. Finally get a hold of the owner as she comes in past 10:30am and leaves by 3 everyday. I state my concerns and issues and she does nothing to try and help. She kept speaking over me every time i tried to talk. refused a refund. Refused to compensate my food loss. Read her policy about that. Which does state several reasons that can occur and they are not responsible. Know what's not in the policy? Tech negligence. She says she will call back and never does. And then if you get the "lovely" (sarcasm) receptionist, she gets as much attitude with you as the owner and speaks for the owner trying to tell you what the owner says. Also confirmed with the tech guy that info she is sharing with them are lies. ********* company all the way around. No communication skills at all. Lack of hearth and compassion and will not do what the right thing is. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with these people.

    Absolutely worthless and unprofessional. They sent out a tech ( ****) who suddenly decided he was going to fix my washer because I " gave him attitude". The only thing I asked was where he was before he got there and explained that I had things to do. I was never rude to him or the staff at their office. He brought a firearm with him, which was disturbing since he was on the job, and even scoffed at the fact that I had a death In my family. Shut these idiots down for the love of God.

    I see why this company has a 3:star rating. I called on July 15, 2024 about my washer not turning on. I set up an appointment for Saturday 20, 2024. First the technician gets lost and I had to stay on the phone with him for about ***** min to find my home. Once he arrived there was nothing mentioned about a diagnosis fee or a traveling fee. I had already took everything apart. I was thinking that it was a relay that he could replace. Instead he use my aluminum foil and placed it where the button goes and tell me that I'm paying $90 for his wisdom. There was nothing to diagnose. He tried to tell me that the part that I need would cost me $489 for a part that only cost $200. So, on Monday I call jbn and the owner explained to me why I paid $90 dollars, first she said for diagnosis fee, I said he didn't diagnose anything. Then she changed it and said it's for a traveling fee. I said your technician used aluminum foil to put in between the button that turns on the washer. She stated that my driver is not going to come out and do a service for free. The technician did not provide a service. This company is a rip off. I work hard for that $90 dollars. I said I will have to *** you over $90 she stated go ahead and take me to court over $90. That is why companies like this don't deserve to be in business. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. Buy your appliances brand new or do business with a different company. Hope this helps others in the future not to be scammed by this company.

    I was given a 30 day warranty in writing. No where did it specify only for repair or replacement. In our verbal conversation this was never expressed. Just that I had a 30 day warranty for if the stove was faulty. The stove leaked gas even after they sent a tech out who said it was fixed. I hired an actual plumber who determined the gas lines were working properly and the stove itself was defective. All they could offer was to send one of their own techs out again and they couldn't replace the stove because they didn't have any more in stock. They refused to give me a refund. Very frustrating to work with and feels like a scam.

    Very disappointing and would never ever use them!Beware.I would give a negative star but had to give one. Which is far too generous for their work.Paid to have a fridge installed.The guys never showed up, there is no one who ever answers their phone.Have multiple numbers listed.No where to leave a message.Do not know how they even stay in business.Horrible horrible customer service.And the number listed below is out of service ************ DOES NOT WORK.

    I had a tech come to look at my washing machine that was not working on 9.27.2023. The tech, *****, diagnosed that the door lock was broken and would require a new lock. He asked if I wanted to continue and if so order the part and pay $386 for the part and labor. I did. The tech came back a week later to install new part to discover they ordered the wrong part and would need to reorder which then pushed out repair for another five days. When he came to install the correct part he then told me it wasnt just the lock but control panel. Had I known it was both, I would have not proceeded as the total together would be higher than the cost of a new washer. At this point, it was three weeks since the initial diagnoses call. I told him that I would not proceed further. I called the office and left a message for *****. The person taking the message said she would call me the next day. She didnt call so I called again to be told she would call me the next day. It is now a week and half later with no call or acknowledgment of a misdiagnoses or the fact I spent $386 to still not have a working washing machine.

    There was a washer and dryer in the condo I was renting and my lease is up in September. I bought a used washer to replace the current one before I leave. They delivered it on a Friday, I was on my way to basketball for the weekend in *******. When I came back on Monday and used the washer, it worked the wash cycle but then sounded like someone threw it off the second-story balcony, and would not spin again. I have contacted via messenger 17 times and tried to call the number multiple times. It only rings nobody answers and no voicemail. It has been over a month. I may not have time to chase you around for $240. But my attorney does . See you in small claims court and thanks for all of my time you have wasted trying to get something I paid for.

    Today, I had appt for **** for them to look at my refrigerator, at 2:12 pm, was notified was running late would be here within the hour, finally at 4:02 pm, the tech showed up. Needless to say, was still charged the full $90 service fee for 15 minutes of his time but caused me to lose 5 hours of pay. Then I was told they would work with me on the 90 going toward a new fridge but as I am searching for one, as was suggested by tech, they quite responding to me. I would really like to be refunded my service charge for the faultiness on their part.

    Purchase a washer dryer set spent $700. Washer shakes uncontrollably and cannot spin any water out of my clothes. Dryer squealed like crazy as well. Called them to resolve issue and because it was past the 30-day warranty they said they would take my washer and repair it now here I am almost 3 months later and still have no washing machine from them that has been repaired. They never call you back and they always always have an excuse. The owner ***** is the person that's supposed to call me back and they never ever call me back.
