You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item(s) have been opened, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges for return. Awnings and Electronics are not returnable and will result in no refund.
