  Recently, we had Indianapolis Roofing replace our Roof, Gutters, and also had them paint our house.All three projects were completed on time. Roofing was completed early.The work was professionally done, and the entire area was clear of debris.***** was fair and honest. When we were thinking about replacing all of our decking, he explained that only part needed work, saving us thousands of dollars.The roof looks great, and I know we are safe for years to come.The painting helped to freshen up the house. It hadnt been overall painted in years.The gutters are now the standard size, and they have the leaf guards, so that I wont have to climb up and clean them out.Indianapolis Roofing was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns.They answered all our questions.I cannot recommend them highly enough. You wont be disappointed.We are extremely pleased.

  Carmel Exteriors LLC performed a complete roofing replacement, gutter replacement and interior painting on our house, related to storm/hail damage. They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry. These are good and highly competent people to work with. I highly recommend them.

  ***** won't up-sell you for 99 different things. ***** won't use predatory marketing tactics on you. ***** will give you an honest opinion about cost-effective options to make your house look great. He and his company are very innovative for the space, I talked to about ***************** total and he pointed out several easily overlooked methods that none of the others even considered. I don't want to share all their "trade secrets" in the interest of maintaining their competitive edge, but I'll share some low-hanging fruit:I have some old gutters on my house, they are not in bad shape (other than sealing some leaks) but the fascia boards underneath them were rotting out and needed to be replaced. Every other contractor told me that these old gutters used an old style of barbed spike that would essentially require the gutter to be mangled and destroyed on removal, so they told me they would have to install new gutters... except *****. He pointed out that whole idea was stupid because you could just use bolt cutters on the spikes and salvage the gutter. He then also tossed me a VERY reasonable quote to paint the old gutters. Now? They look new (heck, the HOUSE looks new).THAT, in combination with several other similar suggestions, is the common sense kind of thinking that you want in any contractor. Everyone involved was timely (uncommon for contractors) and ***** was extremely helpful and polite. I had them repair much of my siding, a rough section of my roof, and paint the house. I'll be calling them back to replace the rest of the roof in a subsequent year, and I'm already talking to them about having a couple other jobs done.

  Indianapolis Roofing/Carmel Exteriors went way above and beyond our expectations for painting our house and repairing our siding. We were initially looking to have our siding replaced and painted. They were the only ones to work with us, educate us on changes in home value, and allow us to make the more informed decision to just repair the siding and paint. It saved us tens of thousands of dollars and really let us see there are still people not just trying to see how much they can make off of a project. The team was great and worked consistently to get the project done quickly and efficiently. The house turned out better than we expected and looks like a new home. My entire experience with the staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Indianapolis Roofing/Carmel Exteriors for any of your home needs.

  My experience with Indianapolis Roofing was superb. If you are looking for a small family business type feel, these are your people. I had no idea when I called that even the receptionist was part of the family. She greeted me with such warmness and kindness. Then, when I met ***** and found out, he was the husband of the receptionist and owner of the company I was very pleased. His wife had told him about my Situation and he was bound and determined to make sure that I got the most ************ for my house. The craftsmanship was superb and I think my yard looks better when they left and it did when they came.

  Our experience with Carmel Exteriors LLC was top-notch. The craftsmanship and care put into our deck project was excellent. Fair price and the work was started and completed on time. They even came to pick up the leftover supplies from our backyard after ******** wasn't able to make the pickup as promised. Definitely recommend people check this company out when seeking estimates for home improvement projects.

  I agree with the other review. This guy was a bully. A real shister. He rushed me to sign a contract which was strange and wanted a $1500 deposit. He quoted $6000 to paint the house. I decided I wanted the trim painted a different color. He said it would now cost $12000 which was BS. I asked for my deposit back and he said no way and according to the contract he could *** me for half the cost of the job. He did no work at all. The job wasnt even started. There are some bad people out there.
