Hello, sir. I am a *******, and I travel back and forth between ***** and ***************** all year round! I was shopping on jackrabbit online and received unfair treatment. Let me tell the truth briefly. I am the head of a running club in *****, and I am deeply supported by everyone. There are more than 100 people in our club. I bought all the running shoes they wear from jackrabbit! I did not seek personal gain from it! I am not a dealer! Its just that everyones English is very poor, so they wont buy running gear from jackrabbit! I work in ***** and ***************** all year round, and my English is pretty good! Let me help you buy! Jackrabbit gold membership reward, I have 700 dollars. Not used yet! However, jackrabbit's customer service helped me define it as a dealer and cleared my $700 to zero! ! I and everyone are very sad, everyone is accusing me of losing the 700 dollars that belongs to everyone! I asked jackrabbit customer service to return the ********************************** thank you.Business response

I have tried to return shoes I ordered and I have not received the refund or any communication despite numerous emails I have sent. The shoes plus shipping were over $100. I have delivery information from the post office that the shoes were delivered on 10 September. That was 18 days ago. Re: JackRabbit - Customer Care # 523744 - I processed a return RA-JR- 1630080673. On June 21, 2021, I purchased a NormaTec 2.0 Leg Recovery System for $795 from jackrabbit.com, order number JR00283940. Normally that would purchase would receive 600 Run Rewards points (the equivalent of $60 in store credit), but as part of a double points day promotion it was advertised to "Earn **** Points Thanks To Double Points" ($120). However, I was only credited with 600 points ($60). I contacted Jackrabbit customer service through their website (ticket ******) to request the missing points be credited to my account, and was pointed to the line in their terms and conditions stating "Items priced over $600 are only eligible to receive 600 points and corresponding rewards." and was told that would supersede anything they advertised. I reiterated my dissatisfaction when sent a "rate our customer service" survey, but never heard anything else. All I would like is to be credited the additional $60 in run rewards that my purchase was very clearly advertised as receiving.
