    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    You billed for blinds there are no pictures of blinds. There was no damage to them that didnt go beyond normal wear and tear. There was no trash to take out you showed a stain on two floors in the houses. That didnt equate to $1000 cleaning fee. I will be going to small claims court.

    and thats it. I also have an email of them agreeing to replace the blinds because of the amount of time Ive lived there. I would like my full deposit back minus the $62 fee to reconnect the door.

    The gall of this person to demand their entire sec deposit refunded is surpassed only by the filth that they left behind. I have attached 5 photos but we have dozens of photos documenting the extreme condition that this tenant left behind. We won't be refunding any money.

    They sent a picture of bad carpet in one room there are 4 bedrooms in the houses. Using the word filth is insane when you can look at the picture of the hand rail  and see the bedroom ahead was spotless. The stain came from your workers. I have videos of every room. You showed four dishes which were not left behind but if they were it didnt result in $175 in trash service. You charged for blinds $ 500 that werent new and never replaced in the 9 years that I lived there.

    The company billed for $500 to replace blinds. As you can see from the attached photos there was not damage to the blinds. The blinds that they provided were in the home for over 10 years and had been replaced by myself multiple times. There was no trash left in the unit however the billed $175 trash fee. The carpet was lived on and not damaged the house was not filthy as you can see from the photos. They had to do ** more than normal cleaning. I will proceed with the court if adjust are not made . The $500 blinds fee needs to be removed and the $175 trash fee. The cleaning fee needs to be reduced or removed

    I will not provide you with videos. If you dont want to address the issue I will provide them to the court. You charged a fee for 10 year old blinds that werent damaged beyond normal wear and tear that I replaced on my own over 10 times. Remove the blind fee and trash removal fee and half of the cleaning fee and I will be done with this. Otherwise I will go to small claims court and I will get my entire deposit back because there was no damage and nothing more than normal wear and tear. Your letter said to call and your unprofessional company wouldnt answer or return the call to even discuss. To have to go through these limits to get a response shows your lack of decency. ******* blatantly lied and her email response. I was indeed a excellent tenant.
