1 starThis corporation is unbelievable! Not in a good way, they own an apartment complex in *********, ****. Its called New Paris Apartments and it is disgusting. They have air conditioners theyve had in there since it was built 40+ years ago and when the apartments were first built. This man that owns these places is filthy ***** getting richer off of poor people, this is a subsidized housing unit and its like the redheaded step child! The units are rundown. They dont fix anything or replace it. They just rig things together to get people through. There are pipes busted under the concrete and some of the buildings and it makes their carpets wet. The lights outside are busted. its dark out there its not lit up and a lot of the people who live there are old and disabled, And I have a relative who lives there who is in late stages of an illness, cant breathe, and his air conditioner went out over the weekend, and of course we called the 800 number to the corporate office because we couldnt reach anybody else and was told they didnt know anything about this complex. Theyve never heard of this place. They dont know who manages it but they would check into it and call us back, however, we receive no phone call. The man who owns this is filthy rich and getting richer at the expense of people who just are desperate and have nowhere to live. And instead of treating them with dignity and respect, he takes advantage of their situation if youre thinking about this place I would run the other way as fast as you could. Honestly, I would love to get an attorney and have him sentenced to live in that apartment complex for 60 days with nothing but his clothes and dishes . In fact, I may check into that with my attorney. I only selected one star because it wouldnt let me proceed with zero stars. Thats the rating I give them zero it should be noted. However, the little girl that works in the office is very kind and very good at what she does.Review fromLeslie F

1 starI contacted them about trash in my neighborhood and houses without working garage doors that use a tarp instead of a door. No response. The *** members do nothing either. They tell me to join the board because they don't want to do anything. I should not have to pay the *** fee. They do nothing. This is a scam.

concerns. As we discussed, KMC as the liaison with the HOA provides a
compliance team that visits your Association every 20 – 25 days. These
matters are notated and a letter is sent out to the owner. We look
to better assist the Association member to maintain the quality of their

3 starsWe contracted with KMC for about 2 years and service was average at best. We selected another firm and KMC has slow-played providing requested routine information to our new Management Firm. It has the feeling of getting out of a timeshare. It is pretty obvious their goal is to sabotage our transition.
At this writing it has been 20 business days since we gave formal termination notice and we have not received anything other than an email stating we might receive something in 2 weeks.Kirkpatrick Management Company, Inc.

Thank you for your comments regarding the policy for transitioning to a new management company. Per legal documents, there is a thirty (30) day turn-over period after the formal termination of management is received. According to our records, information was being provided to you new management company within 25 business days. Transitioning can be an emotional time and we at KMC take pride in guiding everyone through this process. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint filed against our organization. We take all feedback and concerns seriously and are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and a high standard of service. In this particular case, the complainant has made claims alleging financial mismanagement and poor service. We would like to clarify that our Board of Directors has thoroughly reviewed these allegations, both in this most recent instance and on previous occasions when similar claims were made. To date, no evidence has been presented by the complainant to substantiate these accusations. After careful and diligent internal review, including a full review by the Board, we have found no indication of financial mismanagement or misconduct. Our financial operations continue to be overseen by established protocols and regularly audited in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards. While we remain open to constructive feedback and legitimate concerns, we must also ensure that time and resources are used responsibly and in the best interest of our mission and community. 1 starKirkpatrick **************************** at North Pointe Bay has allowed the *************** ********* laps January 31, ****. Without a new policy in place. A letter (dated 2-1-****) of notification was mailed approx 2-10-2022 stating they "hope" to have a new policy in place by March 14, ****. I need to sell my Townhouse and can not because NO mortgage company will take the loan.Kirkpatrick was notified NOVEMBER 2023.
