I used this company for a year or so to help me manage my single family home, never again. They will respond and promise the world but their actual performance is very poor. The owner himself will avoid resolving top concerns that jeopardize contractual agreements. Once you're committed and signed on the dotted line or they no longer have financial gain, they ignore, postpone and avoid any sort of contact.Review from Amanda D.

WOW this company sucks. So disappointing and completely dissatisfied. If I would have known it would be like this, we would have never rented through this company. They are terrible and serious slumlords. Do not expect ***THING to be cleaned or fixed upon move in. Smoke detectors were stained ***** from cigarette smoke. I am covered in rashes and blisters from poison ivy and had to go to the emergency room because these people let the grass grow 4 ft tall and didnt care to be courteous enough to at least have it cut for us prior to move in. That is something that should be done that doesnt even need to be said. Who the **** does that?! Glass and garbage is everywhere in the backyard. The house looks untouched from when we first saw it weeks ago. Silly me for thinking they would be accommodating and have the house clean and everything fixed for us. What a joke. Run for the hills and find *** other rental company besides them. All they want is your $, they make it so very blatantly obvious.
