Trio Pest Control is a very good company to handle your pest control needs. I was looking specifically for a family-owned business, not a major corporation more often interested in the dollar than customer service. I found Trio through word-of-mouth recommendation and after having the company service my new house, I couldn't be happier with it. I'll start with ****** in the office. ****** was pleasant to talk to and had the answers to my sometimes-tough questions. She was very knowledgeable about product and services offered. I knew from talking to ****** customer service was important within the company and if the point person was this well trained it would be a good fit for me. I obtained a quotation for the requested service which was neither excessive nor exorbitant.On the day of service, the owner himself, ****, performed the fall treatment requested and provided a quotation for termite preventative service in the Spring 2022. **** was in the company uniform shirt and his truck was professionally lettered. I look for such things in a family-owned company as it shows attention to detail and a pride in the work offered.In closing I offer a full disclosure. My wifes father started a family-owned extermination business in southern ******** that is now, after 60 years, in third generation family management. I am intimately familiar with chemicals, applications, and pricing.
