    The management is very rude, they even dont know how to talk with customers. I don't know if it was discrimination or this is expected behavior. They made a mistake and instead of accepting it. Simply ask me to call insurance and disconnect the call, and then they weren't accepting my call. Worst experience with them.

    ************, was very upset to find out that his insurance company did nor cover 100% his treatment with us and he paid his frustration with 2 of my staff members. We are a multicultural office with nationalities from Honduras, *********, ***** and ** and over 20 plus years of practice no one has ever used the word discrimination against our practice. We believe that all individuals deserve our respect and understanding. In our practice we explained in our capacity the coverage from insurance to all our patients in details and we NEVER misguided any of our patients. ************ called the office notably upset and on a very loud voice demanding information, when 2 of my staff members answered to his questions and because ************ was not satisfied with the answer that his insurance was *** on benefits, he continued loudly and interrupting my two staff members with a lack of respect. I know that in some other cultures women are talked down but he needs to understand that here in ***************** everyone deserves respect . ************ came for treatment that we provide as always we our high standard of service and he seems to be happy and satisfied until he received an invoice from our office. To me this is nor a valid review of my office because he is not complaining about our services, he is complaining about his balance on his account. Please consider removing this unjustified review from someone that is mad because he has to pay.

    i agree the **** was a reason i contacted with you guys, but when customer call your office to discuss, it doesnt mean you just give him shutup call, and disconnect the phone, i feel like i am not white so that is the reason your office manager refuse to listen, and disconnect the call, and when i call again, she didnt answer the phone, and when i called third time, someone else attended the call, and simply said i dont know about your case, but office manager doesnt want to talk to you. call your insurance. later when i talked to you i told you this is not about money, your office manager insulted me, and they even doesnt want to listen. and yes i agree with you, you guys shared good information about insurance, but after surgery, it was your clinic responsibility to share all the information before surgery, but that is a different topic, i dont want to discuss that as the surgery is done . if i refuse to pay the ****, then you can say this is regarding ****, but i am paying my ****, so please dont change the topic and dont make it **** related. my concern is everyone deserve respect. either he is black, white or *****. this is not my first clinic, i had complex surgery before, and i came to your clinic with referral, the doctor who gave me your referral, he is so nice, and his office staff is exceptional , i never had this issue with any clinic. this is my first and worst experience.

    i asked you to cancel my follow-up, the reason i dont feel comfortable coming to your office again, in my first experience i learned that there is no respect for customer. you talked to me , did i talk to you loud? did i behave badly with you? i was upset due to bad behavior, and that was my first complain when i was talking to you. if you call me, and i refuse to listen and simply give you shutup call? will you feel good? your customer and patients will call you when they have something and they wanted to discuss , they will not call for fun. i had something to discuss so i called you. i have paid first **** if you want i can attach receipt here. the reason i dont want to change the direction of my review. it was related to my bad experience, and your office management rude behavior.
