    In March 2024, I signed a contract for modeling classes but was unable to attend any classes. I called many times to cancel, but no one ever answered for months. The company only responded after I contacted them again from a different phone number.When I finally spoke with someone, they told me I had to keep paying, and if I didnt, they would damage my credit. They also refused to let me reschedule the classes, even though I had already paid over $2,000.Because they kept charging my card weekly even after my cancellation attempts, I had to report my card as stolen to stop the unauthorized charges. Later, instead of fixing the issue, they sent my account to collections, claiming I still owed money even though I never attended a single class.Recently, I also started receiving new notifications from the collection agency, saying I owe even more money, which is completely unfair and false.Yesterday, I was told that my refund was approved and would be sent on October 31, but when I explained that I no longer have the original card, they said they would still send it to that same account. I clarified again that I no longer have that card, and they told me that if the refund is declined, then I would have to wait for another process to issue it through a different payment method. I reviewed my contract, and it does not include any refund delay policy, so they should not be holding the refund for that long. I believe this is just another tactic to delay returning my money.I also have a recorded voice call where their representative clearly stated that the only way to resolve this issue was to pay the collections, which demonstrates coercive and unethical behavior.This recording was made legally under Arizonas one-party consent law, as I was a direct participant in the conversation.I believe this conduct is intentional and unacceptable.     No idea who this person is - This is not our client - we have never worked with this person.

     

    They signed an agreement which is attached with the Saint Louis office.  Please take this up with them.
