Indiana Drug Card is a state wide FREE prescription assistance program that is available to all Indiana residents. This program can be used by residents with insurance coverage to help with the cost for any uncovered medications. Residents with HSA and high deductible policies can also use this program to help reduce out of pocket costs. This program has no enrollment forms to complete and does not have age or income requirements.
