    We rented a home from **** Lakes signed our lease December 27, 2019 gave a 30 day notice in April and moved out April 15Th, HOWEVER after we moved out we got hit with a bill of $1225 for trailer carpet and repainting of walls. Mind you, we lived in our home for four years . Our home was a model when we first moved in it awards for our yard. This new Property Manager came in. She refuses to respond to any of my emails. To the point that I had to reach out to a lawyer Due to me, not agreeing with a lot of these charges for normal wear and tear for the walls and carpet. Especially when we hired someone to deep clean the home after we moved out . I have reached out to the property manager ***** and ask her to review the charges and that I didnt agree with them and that it needed to be adjusted, I will go ahead and list the charges were being charged that we dont agree with. Patch repair for $200 when we Had it professionally, $400 for carpet for living room, bedroom 1 and 2 When bedroom two was never even use it was just a storage area. $400 for repainting when we never painted in the first place. I even reached out to the health department due to mold growing in my bathroom, all the way into the master bedroom. I also took videos and pictures after moving out and the house being cleaned. I also have videos and pictures of the mold that was in the maintenance refused to fix. I have even reached out to Darcys manager, ******* and not getting a response. So now Im going to the next step to see if this will get taken care of. And hopefully, I finally get a response back from the property manager, and she fixes these charges that she knows are incorrect. The only damages we should be reliable paying for is $150 for the siding even though Ive already paid maintenance 100 bucks. Also have proof of that. We even did Landscaping right before we moved. And I have also sent all these pictures and videos to Property Manager as well. Please fix this issue.

    Avon lakes estates has disregarded any and all complaints and violations as well as violations against our lease, we have received death threats and constant harassment and after going to our office staff with the issues they have swept everything under the rug and have picked and chose who will follow the community rules and who will not need to abide by them.

    I purchased a ***** home with cash back in 2019. I was told by the property manager that they had the title in hand and I would receive it in one month. It is now 2023 and I have not received my title. The title was never in **** lakes name it is in someone elses name so someone else technically owns my home. I have asked multiple times to know what is going on with my title and they keep giving me excuses as to why I haven't received it. They keep switching property managers so nothing is getting done and corporate will not return my calls or emails in regards to the matter. I am being forced to pay rent here while I wait on my title even though when I purchased the home i only had to stay one year per agreement then I was able to move the home but since I have no title I cannot do anything. I paid $8,915 for this home and I received nothing in return. I feel I was illegally sold a home and they are just doing everything they can to avoid rectifying the issue. I now am being forced to sign a new lease or pay additional money per month but I shouldnt have to sign anything considering they have not kept their end of the deal since the very beginning of me moving here. The last thing I was told is that they would have to file for an abandonment title which consists of them putting my home up for action even tho I have already purchased the home?! If things do not get resolved I will be forced to obtain a lawyer because I just dont know what else to do. Avon lakes Estates will not work with me or give me any other options. The only thing they do is give me excuses. I have had my vin number checked for them to start the abandonment title process back in the beginning of 2022 but a few months later when asking about the title the property manager told me vin check was done wrong and they would have to do it again and I asked when that would happen she told me within the month and nothing happened. I have all original paperwork that was filed in 2019 when purchased.
