      One America holds my short-term disability plan. Their policy/contract includes processing time frames that are not being upheld, disregard a mental health crisis, and are not providing me with adequate updates/written or verbally after requesting several times. I have been denied access to the status of my claim. I have been denied the grievance or appeals process.

      I cannot get this company to pay me my annuity disbursement that has gone through the proper channels with the administrator of my account.I put on the payout paperwork for the dollar amount to be direct deposited into my personal bank account.After the allocated time I called their " customer service" and was told that the transaction had been completed but they could not give any information on the tracking of this transaction to my bank.I was then emailed after I questioned them by email yet again, that the check was " mailed " by accident and now that mailed check has had a stop payment put on it. Now...the payment will be directed deposited yet again and to expect in another 3 to 5 working days.I believe this is a scam and I want my annuity payment. I will be contacting my attorney if this isn't resolved by this time next week.*******************

      I retired on June 14th 2021, since them I been in contact with One America to roll over my retirement to my bank, had fill out application 2 times if anything is missing they don't call and I just keep waiting so I call and call and speak to customer services and no one's seems to give me an answer or fulfilled my request instead am rush of the phone Everytime I call. here it is December 16th and I call again and spoked to a customer service she didn't answer my question neither can she tell me when my funds will be send to me. Can someone's please help me to get my money. Thank you in advance

      I am trying to get my 401k money from them and not getting any help with that.On 11/22/2021 they moved the money out of my account, today is 12/7/2021 that is three weeks and all they can tell us is they sent the check by *** but can not track if. Idf i would have gotten my check right away i could have invested in the ****************** the marked and beable to recieve the discounted purchase and also miss out on the **** point gain so far. I would like and new check sent over night.thanks you for your time.

      In March 2020, I left my employer (Quad/Graphics) that had a 401(k) through OneAmerica. At that time, I fully took out my 401(k). I need the tax information for the year 2020 to be able to file my 2020 taxes. I had to file an extension on my 2020 taxes due to OneAmerica withholding.On two occasions, I called OneAmerica and was told that a copy of my tax forms would be mailed. On both occasions, the mail was never received. Previously, they had had my mail information and did frequent mailings, so I know the address was correct. I've filled out the email contact box on the website (https://www.oneamerica.com/contact-us#). Also, no response I simply want my 2020 401(k) withdrawal tax information now. OneAmerica is withholding my 401(k) information from me by not allowing me access. I am requesting that my tax information for my 401(k) withdrawal either be made available to me online, or, it is mailed expeditedly with tracking information to:************************************************************************

      OneAmerica manages one of my retirement accounts. I transferred 100% of my money from one investment into the *** fixed investment. I want to transfer it back because I am losing thousands of dollars in interest gains. But they only allow 20% transfer per year form that account. I was not aware of that or I would never have made the original transfer. They refuse to work with me after contacting them. They are also not clear on what the 20% means. Is that the current balance or original dollar amount? So is this a 5 year long or longer process? This is the only investment that limits the amounts that can be transferred. And, I'm losing a huge amount of money. They can not or will not explain why I can't move all of my money! I know it has cost me $1400 in gains for July 2021 alone.

      Had all paperwork needed (which included date and amount). They said that I needed more documentation which I provided (court document with date and amount). 2 weeks later, they STILL say that I need more documentation. This created an undue hardship of which I stated would happen if they delayed my disbursement. They 100% intentionally delay and have no care whatsoever to my situation. I stated from day one that this is time sensitive. I called every single day to inquire. If a court document isn't enough, then I don't know what would be. I met every single requirement ( date, amount, FUTURE DATE). Now the date on the request has past because they have delayed for 2 weeks! These are MY funds that they refuse to disburse to me. **I have tried to attach 3 screenshots of supporting evidence but it would only allow me to submit 1**

      My wife and I have been trying to get her 401K from this company for over 18 months. They sent a package to be completed and returned to get her money. Her health was failing and we could have used the money. At the time she was in dialysis and a diabetic. The ******** supplement often denied payment of her medications (put in review). She took too long to complete the initial packet, so it was denied. A second packet was sent to us. She got worse and was hospitalized several times so the 401K funds took a back seat. She passed away on April 21st of 2021. I contacted One America and they told me to send in a copy of the death certificate and our marriage license. I e-mailed these to them . Several calls to the company with no resolution. The latest call was Friday the 4th of June. They said they would email me the packet. They did not. I don't have enough chars to fill in all the calls and lies they have told me.
