    I dont understand how its legal to let hundreds of people PAY for an application and never let anyone know if they are approved or not. You have to PAY before you can even see the property which should also be illegal.. no way to contact them? No email to EMAIL them? SCAM?!? WORST COMPANY EVER. Do not waste your time, money and sanity hoping for any answers !!!

    Application was submitted 3/24, necessary documents were sent to us 3/25. 4 business days later 3/31 we sent an approval notification and received a response to view homes. Today, 4/1 we received message saying we had a review.

    Before they let you view a rental property. they say you have to get a pre-approval but with the pre-approval they don't say you have to pay a non-refundable $65 just to view properties. that wording is deceptive. My credit score is almost 800 my rental history is A1 my income is almost $100,000 there is no reason why I should not have had a pre-approval. They said that my application was denied I didn't want to place an application I just wanted to get a pre-approval to view a home I wasn't trying to apply to rent before I view the home. Deceptive practices.

    Leased from this company from July 2021 - July 2024 and it was a horrific experience. I have the receipts for everything. I only stayed that long because I couldnt find another rental around the same price. The manager, ******* ********, has terrible communication and is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She provided minimal help whenever I had an issue and she is the only point of contact. Jan 2023 I finally received help from a ***** ************ ****** - they were very professional. **** ****** was also nice and professional, he did the renewal inspections. This company doesn't care that their property caused major health complications, they didnt care if there were major safety concerns regarding their property, and they only do the bare minimum. You can only talk to them via email. All maintenance requested was met with bandaid repairs and took way too long to even hear back from them to get things fixed. Maintenance team was nice and I had no problems with them once they arrived to help. I would never rent through them again and I have told everybody I know not to, as they are slumlords. Theyre only in it for money and there is no empathy, communication, or professionalism.

    We sent money to them online which is all we can do and we can't speak to no one. They denied our application and made excuses saying our credit is bad. We paid them 90 dollars and they took it and ran. They never showed us the house no person to person meeting they are running a scam. As a customer we would like to know what we are buying and a person to talk to . If you are willing to pay the application fee we should be able to pay the rent.

    I applied to this company, they put me on a schedule to see 2 houses and when I got to see them, 1 of them was rented, the other was in very bad condition, it smelled terrible, it didn't have a stove or refrigerator, the rooms were so small that I couldn't fit Not even a full bed, besides both being connected by the closet, I mean without any privacy and the price is not at all reasonable, they take too long to respond and in theory they should return the application

    ************* Im looking for a place i cant seem to speak to anyone so in order to see the property I had to pay $65 and was told to mail in my personal information and then was denied from them. Stating there was insufficient information or history then they claim the credit history wasnt good this place doesnt say I have to have a good credit to be considered these people are robbing people taking your money when I paid the money they took the property off the listing so its not there. I thought it meant because I had a interest but I think it is because they got paid for false property

    No communication with a business thats collecting you personal information and taking your money is bad business. I done there application fee 2 times still nothing no way to talk to anyone no updates on your application no nothing just collecting people money its not a business its a scamming app that pretends to be a business 65 dollars just to fill out paperwork is crazy any way and Ive paid that 2 times and still heard nothing from these people they need to be hold accountable for their crimes its so many more people that feel the same that they have scammed please shut them down or get to the bottom they owe people money this do effect are life people really homeless with there kids and they just scamming not caring shame on them shame on who ever not looking into this Ive seen plenty of bad reviews on alpine so that mean they just keep scamming people with no consequences Im going to do everything in my power to make sure they pay for there actions

    This company asked me TWICE to send proof of income and I sent it twice along with my $65 application fee! My application was denied due to no proof of income. When calling the number they provide, its just a recording. There is an email that states I can communicate back with them and once I did, Ive still heard nothing.

    This company takes people's $65 application payments and not show nor respond about the rental properties. They are only in the office 1 day out of the week for 3hrs. There is No direct contact to reach a ***********. I truly believe this company is a fraud and is stealing our money! BUT TO LOOK AT ALL THESE REVIEWS.... THIS BUSINESS IS ALLOWED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED!!!! This is soooooooo messed up and im very upset
