    Dear BBB,I am writing on behalf of our nonprofit organization to file a complaint regarding ongoing harassment from a law firm alleging copyright infringement. They claim that we have unlawfully used a copyrighted photo on our website. However, the facts do not support this accusation.The image in question was part of a newspaper cover that was briefly included by our website designer. Once we were made aware of the issue, we promptly removed the content. The image was not hosted on our website independently, and we believe our brief, good-faith use falls under fair use protections, especially given our nonprofit, educational mission.Despite our immediate compliance, the law firm continues to demand a financial settlement. This feels more like an effort to intimidate or extort rather than a legitimate legal concern. We view their actions as unethical and detrimental to our organization's ability to serve our community.We respectfully request the BBB investigate this law firms conduct and provide guidance on how we might protect ourselves from further harassment.Thank you for your time and assistance.
