      Worst customer service ever. I got charged 4 times for my payment and when I tried to call them. The lady is like Im sorry for the inconvenience I wont be able to assist you. OKAY FINE I dont care if you can assist me or not just give me my money back. Issue is still not solved I have been trying to contact them from last 3 days.

      1. Selected AmBetter as our PCP was listed under their plan. Come to find out, PCP had dropped out of their plan 8 months prior. To this day, AmBetter still has them listed as a Provider huh? MISLEADING, NEGLIGENT, DECEITFUL and FRAUDULENT.2. **************** is Unintelligible and useless. Called multiple times and unfortunately the lack of care, severe communication barrier and unprofessionalism provides no hope of getting anywhere.3. Emailed customer service and after a few days received what looked like an automated response directing consumer to call **************** for assistance. HUH?Sometimes in life, the promise and commitment of a Company seems too good to be true and this seems to be the case here. GO ELSEWHERE!!

      Terrible. Nobody accepts it. All the doctors they list actually do not accept it for the specialized services they offer. It's a lie. They denied my tests requested from my primary. They sent a letter, to me, so I could "appeal" 2 MONTHS after the denial. (wow, thanks) Their upload system for doctor is so terrible, it actually creates "loopholes" because they don't "receive requested paperwork". This is a cash grab. Deny anything/everything until the year is over. Make it so hard to use, nobody can, then disappear with the monthly payments after the year is up. ************** trash service, bordering on criminal. I am 3.5 months without a diagnosis for my health issue because THIS is my insurance. Literally could be life threatening to have insurance THIS BAD. Paying out of pocket as if I didnt have insurance is the only way to get help. None of their online offerings actually work. I will be joining any class action that pops ** in the future. I fully expect one.

      Useless. Cost me extremely high **** at my ***** For stuff they said would be covered other than copay then to tell me I need physical therapy first before I get my shots that I had been getting for 8 yrs. Prior. Then to actually cover **** and July visits. To find out from the ***** ****** not the am better company that they canceled my policy at the end of May for non payment when I was on auto pay and still paid for **** and July so obviously they got my money. Will never get good review
