            I am trying to apply for my retired benefits from my former employer. However every time that I contact One America @ ************ I get the pushed around and I get informed that someone will be contacting back , but when I dont hear back from them. Ill reach out back. One America wants to process my application as as an early withdrawal ( I am 65 y/o) and also they want to process it as deferred vested? Lastly they want to send me a check of $49.44 monthly within 10 year life spam. When inquired about the benefits one America refused to provide me with information verbally or in writing.I feel very frustrated because I have to repeat my self over and over every time and nothing gets done on their end. I just dont understand why is so complicated to process my request. I felt discriminated against for being monolingual( Spanish). I would like you assistance and process and expedite my retirement benefits and to get the full sum at once and not payments monthly. Thank you advance for your further assistance.
