              NGM or Legends Concrete and Construction was hired to pour our new patio. We were scheduled for approximately 2 weeks out and we had not heard from him after five weeks. NGM showed up unannounced and began tearing up my backyard for the patio pour and they were using the wrong shape. We ordered a patio with curves and they were purring a rectangle in. Their guy left upset and no one returned or contacted us for quite some time. Finally weeks after this they began the pour job and the patio looks horrible. We had paid for a finished edge and this was not the case. I was screws sticking out of the side of my patio, gravel coming out from underneath the patio which will sink and crack my patio and they left huge blobs of concrete that I cannot move as I am a disabled veteran. They will not return a call or text and will randomly send a text saying they are coming out and never do. I will be filing in small claims court.

              We made a horrible mistake hiring NGM for our concrete work! The stone under our 50 x 80 pad for a building was not packed....as of right now no one from NGM has been out to cover the slab to try to keep it from flaking....NGM failed to float the concrete hours after the pour....an emplyee showed up the day but it was too late, said he would be back to grind it, still waiting for that to happen. The topper is the pad is off center, not level nor is it square. Moral to the story, do your due diligence! When you hire a clown expect the circus! HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST LOST OVER $20,000.00 TO THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS!!!! Side note, the only thing this clown did with any kind of "hurry" was to cash the check!p.s. the ONLY reason I gave a 1 star rating is because the site made me leave a rating! NGM does not deserve a 1 star rating
