Basically, I felt the schooling they provided wasn't as advertised and was already using the same methods/practice tests for significantly cheaper, and decided to quit going before any money left my pocket. They sent me this email saying they informed **** about the student loans so I was okay there, but I also had another loan servicer who I had to personally pay 20$ a month to called ***************** who works through MyCC. And it said I needed to contact them personally to remit payment, or continue to pay the loan. But when I called paramount capital they told me that they couldn't remit me because MyCC still has me on their roster, as an active student. And they tell me I need to have them send me documents signing out of the school. But I can't get ahold them. I've emailed the person who got me into MyCC several times, and I've called and left messages, which always say to leave a message and a phone call will be returned. Which never happens. I've been pretty busy starting a new job and I'm starting to worry I'll be stuck paying this other 2000$ just because they kept me listed as an active student beyond my dismissal from the school.I really just want to be sure I don't get stuck paying this just because I couldn't get them to remit me because of an issue on MyCC's end. I called ***************** after I received the attached email, and they still had me as active and I had no way to contact anyone in charge of billing or anything like that.
