      This place is full of crap!! I knew I had a couple of hospital bills due and for some reason during the pathways ******** change up the bill did not get covered even though Ive had insurance the entire time. I called RMP about it and they was supposed to attempt to run the bill through my insurance or have the hospital do it. They did nothing except for bang up my credit report with it instead. No attempts have been made to push the bills onto my health insurance. And the thing is they werent even thinking about me! Once again I called them and for them to hit my credit report just shows that they purchased my debt and are hoping to get what I owe the hospital so instead of truthfully sending my info the the Hospital billers they did that instead. What they dont know about me is I dont play that and I will NEVER EVER give them or anyone else a solid dime. So good luck with that one! If your debt ever ends up in their hands Get A LAWYER with the money theyre trying to collect and sue them!

      Mo was very kind, very understanding and helped set up a plan that was fitting for my family. It made the process easy and took the stress out of debt collection. Ive never met a debt collector more patient and willing to help a person!

      As on January 7 of 2025 7 days after a ruling which states "Today, the Consumer Financial ***************** (****) finalized a rule that will remove an estimated $49 billion in medical bills from the credit reports of about 15 million Americans. The ***** action will ban the inclusion of medical bills on credit reports used by lenders and prohibit lenders from using medical information in their lending decisions. The rule will increase privacy protections and prevent debt collectors from using the credit reporting system to coerce people to pay bills they dont owe" Receivables management placed a missed payment on my credit report 7 days after this ruling and I want it removed immediately.

      This place is a JOKE. Called them to get a bill resolved. Issue #1 they wanted me to pay for the system they used for consumers. Issue #2 at the very beginning of the phone call they told me I could pay the bill or dispute. I chose to dispute, not once did they ever say they charged for disputing. Also, they never disclosed until asking me for $200+ that this was a 3rd party who disputed the bill for them. How in the world are these people in business? Absolutely ridiculous.

      Trying to collect a debt that I do not own and have never owned. Apparently it is from ******* except I currently have ******* as my telephone provider and the number does not match.Complete scam DO NOT PAY!

      SCAM ALERT. They call me and leave auto-generated voicemails every day. They claim I owe on a past-due medical bill. I've called that hospital's billing department twice in the last few months, and both times they confirmed I have no balance with them and owe nothing. Their calls exceed 7 times in 7 days, so IF they are a legitimate debt collector, they are not operating in a legally compliant manner.

      I am so frustrated. They call multiple times a week, I work nights, and the phone going off all hours of the day is irritating! I have sent TWO emails to tell them I don't know the person they are trying to contact, they have the wrong number and I have managed to talk to THREE people over the phone to tell them they have the wrong number and THEY ARE STILL CALLING MY PHONE FOR THE PERSON I DO NOT KNOW!

      I have been called by this number every day for the past two weeks. I have tried to call and the number just rings and rings. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

      I twice gave them a cease and desist order which they still have refused to comply with. They also did not provide me with who their client is. Finally, they contacted me via robocalls which is not exactly legal in the state I live in. Now, the solution. 1) The preponderance of complaints reaches the watermark of civil action., as in class action. 2) This is an election year. The most terrifying words for a Collections Company are WE THE PEOPLE. And we the people have far more power than we realize. We can make the type of behavior described in these posts a first degree felony punishable by a mandatory 10 year minimum sentence. No parole. No probation. No credit for time served. Three hots and a cot. We can make this happen by calling, emailing, mailing and even making an appointment with our two Senators and one Congressional Representative. Its an election year. LOCK THEM UP!!!
