      Buyer beware- they have a very strict 3 month return window. Most contractors take longer than that to start and or finish projects. After 5 months I tried to return unopened, unused bathroom hardware and was told no. My contractor took 3 months to even start the project and over a month to complete. I had no way of knowing the shower rod or fixtures I purchased werent going to work until the return window lapsed. Now, I am stuck with over ****** in perfectly fine unopened products. Also, the agent was so rude to me when I called to return, I wont ever shop here again.

      I ordered an ** from ********** but, apparently, a pop-up for H32363735**3937313136H appeared. I thought I ordered it from ********** but I got a receipt from H32363735**3937313136H Build. I tried to cancel immediately but it's almost impossible. They will claim they shipped it ** sec after you place the order, too late. I sent them a text to cancel the order but they will probably say the order # doesn't exist. I tried customer service and they said I was # ** in line. Here's a company that does not want you to cancel an order ! This is a strange company, avoid them. There's no doubt the ** will show up from H32363735**3937313136H, even though I thought I bought it from ********** Beware of these stupid pop-******

      Beware of their customer service. Spent hours on the phone with Build trying to locate part of a shipment that was never sent. They sent a replacement and charged me for it. The email stated I didn't return the original. Which I never received. Now I will have to spend hours on hold to get my money back. I should have worked with a reputable retailer.
