5 starsOver the past 10+yrs my basement has water standing after heavy rains. Poor conditions as mold, mildew, dry rot etc led me to Ever Dry Water proofing. Several options to select I choose mult-system. Involved water proofing both inside & outside foundation. A submersible pressure relief pump, Ez breathe ventilation system. The installation took a crew of 5, 4 8 hour days to install. All done by hand. On time each day. ***** were certified and workers well trained. Crew chief very knowledgeable & kept me up to date on the accomplishments. Landscaping was moved when possible & replaced before leaving. The waterproofing material went around the entire foundation inside & out. The home is 67 years old. Very pleased with the representative that worked with me to choose the system that I needed. No pressure to buy the most expensive. Also gave me a few days to decide. It has a lifetime transferable warranty. They back up their ************** warranty with free service, maintenance, materials, equipment if needed-as well as Address old/new problems. There is an small annual fee of $75.00 to Cover the Service Warranty. I have not had a drop of water or dampness issues since it was done a year ago. I do not live in a highly flooded area but do get heavy rains spring/summer. I highly recommend Ever Dry Waterproofing.Review fromAaron S

We have been extremely pleased with Everdry. The installation crew was on time very courteous and answered any questions we had. They had the job complete in 48 hours and the cleanup was great. We would recommend Everdry any day.

The previous owners of our current home had the basement waterproofed by Everydry - two sump pumps, french drain system, and centralized dehumidifier. While our only service need thus far has been to annually renew the system warranty, we have been very pleased with the quality of the work completed and our interactions have been positive! 7 years ago we had Everdry waterproof our basement. They kept us up to date on the process the entire time they were working on the project. They showed up when they said they were going to show up in the morning and they worked hard all day. The project manager kept us up to date on what was going on and informed us if there was anything that we needed to know about. We had a second pump put in and had the Easybreath system installed in our basement as well. It cleared up the musty smell in the basement within a few weeks to a month. The Easy breath and the waterproofing from Everdry is one of the Best things that we did for our house. We have had zero water in our basement since we did this 7 years ago. Also any time I have called they have come out and checked on the systems with in a reasonable amount of time and taken care of us. It has been several years since EverDry installed perimeter drains around the interior/exterior of our basement (including patching cracks from the outside) as well as the ** Breathe System and our basement has been dry as a bone ever since. No evidence of water, mold/mildew, or further cracking. The crew worked fast and was mostly professional throughout. My only complaint would be minor messes they left behind (i.e. concrete splatters) at our back door. In the end, it was money well spent!Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana
