            TRASH!!!!! Dont go there!!! We waited 10 minutes to get the car pulled in!!! Only to wait 45 mins while the guy at pizza and held a conversation with the *** and two other guys! All we needed was the tire plugged! Instead we heard all their home business and shop talk behind the door across from us!!! They acted as if we could not here them nor see them doing no work!!! FIRE THEM ALL OWNER!!! I will never be back and I will spread the message to the world!!! Our time is valuable too!!! Im giving it a one star because I have too!!! I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!

            This customer didn't have an appointment and we went out of our way to ge ttheir vehicle serviced as a favor to Enterprise who actually owns their vehicle. We are so sorry the customer had to wait the eternity of ******************************************************************************************************************************* front of other customers that did have appointments. We also have to speak to our employees and of course our employees have to eat lunch-we are sorry about our employee having lunch. In addition, we do not plug tires here at Midas we take the tire off the rim, clean up the rim and the tire, patch the tire with a patch/plug combination for safety and that is why it takes around ***** minutes to perform the repair. The owner was also here that day and was one of the people talking to his employees. Auto repairs are not instant like the internet. We agree that you will never be back at our shop though!
