I had a heart attack and was not able to respond to this complaint on time. I also need a little time to gather all my documents about this said customer who should be ashamed of themselves for the false information she is providing. She speaks of a oven and I was suppose to install well I was not to install this was going to ******* to be installed in a property down there, I am willing to give her money back if I can get these items that she purchased off me. 1900 dollars is not what she paid for the oven it was only 500 dollars. And she bought 5 New Bosch Dishwashers and she paid to have at least 4 service calls, plus she bought a stove off of me. So I don't understand how she comes up with 1900 dollars. I will pay her for the appliances I sold her for the price I sold it to her for no more and no less.
This customer is not telling you the truth of exactly what happenand the dollar amount she is asking for is for all the jobs I have completed for her as well as the oven she refused to return to me which is the real reason she has brought forth this complaint to start with, this is really one of the most upsetting incidents of my *************************** the appliance business. For one thing her complaint is very confusing. But she started out with buying a stove I had listed on Market Place. The stove was delivered and she paid me for it and her tenant loves the stove and uses it everyday.
The second thing I did for her is went to another one of her rentals and repaired a refrigerator the tenant loved my service and we got along very well and I repaired her refrigerator. Then the landlord who is the person complaining about my company. She paid me for that and then I sold her 3 Bosch Dishwashers and she had an employee pick them up from my shop
Then she wanted to buy a Thermador Combination microwave and oven this is retail $5499.00 I got it through wholesale because the oven door was broken. I told her I would sell it to her for $ 500 dollars as-is because the door glass is $300 to $400 dollars for a new one. She said she wanted to buy it. I said okay. So I delivered it to one of her rental properties. She also bought a 500 dollar dishwasher for one of here rentals in *******. So she paid me $500 for that dishwasher. Her employee met with me and accepted the oven with the broken glass door and the dishwasher. Then the customer asked me to ********************** a ** Stack washer & dryer so I went to ********** to do a repair job and went back and forth about 4 times putting parts on this stackable because the water was not going in to the washer fast enough so I told her each time I went that she had a water pressure problem coming from her homes water lines. It's not the washer. She insisted that it was not the water pressure because that was all repaired before she called me out. She said it's the washer with the problem so I changed every part that went on the washer to make sure it was not the
Washer having the issue. So I ch a need the hot and cold hoses. I also changed the in-let valves on the washer, then I changed the screens in the hot and cold hoses then I insisted to her that it's her house pressure that was at fault. So she sent her husband over again and he told her it was the pressure tubs on the hot and cold shutoff valves. She told me that was not her fault that I could not diagnosis the problem and I changed all them parts. Well I am sorry but she authorized me to put the other parts on there because she had to have a working washer and dryer for the tenant moving into the property. So I billed her for my work. She then said I promised her that I would repair the glass door on the oven I sold her. So I proceeded to tell her where she could buy the glass for the stove, she contacted a totally different company to purchase the new glass door. She then bought the glass and when it came in and it was not the right glass door. She said I told her the wrong piece to buy. So I needed to make it right and send the glass back and get the right one. I said she bought it from a vendor who I had never heard of and with her credit card that I am not the one who can authorize to send it back and order the right door glass. I then asked again can I get my money for the stackable washer that I did the work on and she said she was not paying for it because it was not the problem with the washer. Well the home that the washer was at has well water and I replaced all those parts at her instructions she said she was not paying for that service work. I said you have to settle up some kind of payment for trip Charges and some of the expenses and she said if I repaired her oven door she would pay me for some of that job. I explained to her that I can't work for free. I told her that oven for 500 dollars because I did not have the time to spend on repairing that oven. Because if I did I could of sold that oven for around 3000 to 4000 dollars. If you think about it that is crazy to sell her the oven for 500 then turn around and repair it for free. I would not do that, but I told her if she paid me for the repair job I just did for her then I would put the door glass on, but she refused to pay me so I refused to do any other work for her and I walked away from the stress she was putting on me. But she has no receipt saying I will do any work to the oven for free. She was billed for the washer repair she refused to pay me for so I should be able to put a mechanics lean on the home she refuses to pay me for the work I did.

On Tuesday, March 7th *************************** from 24/7 Appliance repair came to my home to repair a microwave. He quoted a price of $300.00 to make the repair which I paid in cash up front. He took the microwave with him then called on Friday to say that it needed another part that was going to cost an additional $187.00. I told him I did not want to spend that much to repair it when I could buy a new one for less than that. He offered to find me a new one. He sent me a picture of a Zline used microwave that needed a new handle that he would give me for the $300.00 I already paid him. Before I could respond to his text he called me and I told him that I did not want an off brand or used microwave. I told him if he could not fix ours for the agreed upon amount of $300.00 then he could refund us $225.00 (the cost of the repair) and we would just buy a new one on our own. Five minutes later he called back and said he had a guy that had an ** identical to ours and we could have it for an additional $50.00.I told him again that I did not want a used microwave. He then offered to give it to me for the $300.00 Id already paid him. I told him again, if you cannot fix ours for the $300.00 then you just need to refund us our repair cost of $225.00. He said he would get back with me. Three minutes later ***** called stating that ******* was working on fixing our microwave and would bring it back tomorrow, He came the next day and reinstalled it, telling us that he was a man of his word so he chose to eat the cost of the control board. However, shortly after he left I started to notice some things that looked off about the microwave. I compared the serial number from our microwave to the one he installed and found that it was not our microwave. I immediately called him and ***** and got no answer. Over the next several days I called both phones and got no answer so I left messages, To date they have not contacted me, I'm now out $300 for the repair and $450.00 for a new microwave.Business Response
