    On 3/21/2024 (my 18th birthday) I applied for an apartment at villages at the ***** crossing.And was approved that same day.On 4/01/2024 I came back to the leasing office to get a viewing date. I was told I could pay my deposit this day. And I even have a letter the leasing agent typed in front of me with the requirements , fees, address , move in date and viewing date. I was also told I could go ahead and call the light and gas company to schedule them to be turned on in my name 4/15/2024. On 4/12/2024 I came in to view my unit and I was told I could not because my counter and tub were still sitting by the door not intact. When I asked when would I be able to view it I was told she would give me a call but she never did. On 4/15/2024 I received a call from the leasing agent saying I wouldnt be able to move in because the delivery driver for my tub and counters quit. And I wouldnt be able to move in until 4/19/2024 or 4/22/2024. On 4/19/2024 I received multiple missed calls from the agents person phone number and the apartment complex phone number, but when I called back I got no answer so I went to the apartment. When I arrived i was given my lease and keys. But I still had not viewed my unit until after I signed my lease. And after I signed we went to view it and I was told not to use my tub because it wasnt dry and the substance was toxic to my skin , I had a missing dryer , broken light and light fixture , Roaches , multiple leaks from behind the washer the toilet the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. On 4/22/2024 I returned my keys to the leasing office after I was told by Emergency Maintenance that there was nothing they could do to fix my unit. And after the manager told me she was not moving me to another unit she agreed to allow me to break my lease and return only my first months rent by mail. I asked if I could get a letter head or email stating this and what day I would receive my refund. I have not heard anything or received my money back.

    Water inside of the walls black mold on the floor carpet not fully installed water stains and wetwood swelling through the wall electrical problems due to water men trapped in between Walls by the socket

    I have been living here for 5 months and I still do not have my mail box key ...every time I go to the office. They tell me someone is coming to give me a key.There has been somebody shot and killed two doors down from me. The office does not care about anything but just getting your money ...I do not have a section 8 apartment I pay 811 in rent every month. And I still have yet to receive a mail box key . I have missed out on so much .. because they keep telling me I'll have a key by tonight and it has been 5 months.
