    False advertising I paid extra when the blowout sale or so called on their page says you can enter a code and get one item free. I purchased three items and paid full price for all three, code doesn't even work

    I apologize for the error.    You have to enter the quantity of two to get the buy one get one free to show.  It's not clear on the website, again, I apologize.    Also, the Clear Ear Complex buy one get one is for the 30 count, not the 60 count.   I have fixed the order if you would still like to purchase.  I have it on hold.  But the total is $125.08 for two of each of your products.     If that is okay, I will proceed with the order.  If not, we will cancel and no charges will be made.    Our system does a "pending" charge which is only to verify your card is valid.  This will drop off if the order is not shipped.    Please advise.    Thank you.    ***************** - ************ (direct phone line).

    Any bottle of vitamins from a walk-in store has an expiration date. The vitamins these people sell by mail do not have one. If there is a manufacture date on the bottle it is from the previous year, meaning the vitamins are expired. Their products do not have the potency they claim to have. That is false advertising and could be putting *************** in jeopardy I have a photo if it will send from this phone. I sent this bottle back for my $11 back, in addition to the below request.

    In response to the customer's complaint of manufacture date versus expiration date - we do have this clearly stated on our website (see attached document).     The product is good for up to two years from the manufacture date.   We have customers who don't understand this and we do get calls about it.    This particular customer did not call.    She has no phone number or email on file with us so I could not reach her immediately.     We will accept her return for full credit.   There are also no rules for us to require an expiration date on a bottle.   Some products do have them.   It is a stability issue.   Some can last longer on the shelf than others.   Our expiration dates are based on our manufacturers recommendations.  If I can help in any other way, please reach out to me at *************************************.     Thank you.

    The company took money from my mom's account for products and both products were refused And sent back. One was sent out after she canceled the autoship. they said that when the product is sent back as a refusal it is destroyed. Therefore re-enburstments are not done. That Nothing can be done About it. So people loose their money and have no product to show for it. So,now my mom is out *****.

    Her auto refill orders have been cancelled and I put in a request to comply and take her off the mailing list.

    Please let her daughter know that this refund will be going to the form of payment on credit/debit card.  Total is $47.90.
