      I took my car into ***** October 2023 to have service completed with suspension I was experiencing I was told they service mechanic I needed breaks and rollers I paid for service as my car was still experiencing the same suspension problem I reach back to manager ***** he advised to bring car back in for second look confirms it was something else he need to fix , my car still experiencing same problem I request refund on the service he refund to refund my payment, I have I full request from an different repair shop verify problem is axels replacement. I have been informed by one their former employee they dont have qualified service mechanics at their location and problem like mines upset customers always fails and complaints. As an resolution I will like this company to be investigated of mechanics qualifications and an refund of payment I made for incorrect t car services as Im experiencing same car problem on an fix income trying make payments for anothe car repair service

      I will like to reopen claim listed above, as unsatisfactory company response, I will like a refund of money I paid to the company as incorrect vehicle service provided incorrect diagnosis repair. I have took my vehicle into another repair shop with correct diagnosis repair and have to repay for services, I dont not want the company offer of service due to incorrect service provided two different visits I will look an full refund of $542.00 I paid

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I have paid for service correct car repair at different auto repair shop I refused to keep bring my vehicle to your shop for you to request additional money for incorrect repairs you never completed. I explained the car problem when I requested the service there, not repair came again for same issue more then two after you never completed the correct repair. I dont not accept your offer or service my request is for full refund of $542.00 due to incorrect services you provide by misdiagnosis my car repair and not correct the service after I confirmed the problem still occur with 2 visits you still have not correct the issue.

      Not even 4 months ago, I bought 4 new tires and a warranty for each one. A few days ago, I go to this midas for an oil change and check up on my car. My low tire pressure had been on as well. One of the tires had a nail in it as well as a long piece of metal going across the tire. The technician said that couldn't be fixed. I showed my warranty and they finished their work. When leaving I was told that he fixed the tire instead of replacing it. My low tire pressure was still showing. The desk person tried to tell me that it's probably a bad sensor and those cost 700 dollars. And instead of checking to make sure my tires were fine and what could be causing the low tire pressure to remain on, they let me go on my way. The next morning, I noticed while driving to work that the car was pulling to the right. After work, I found my tire flat. I drive 30 miles to work and the 2 closest midas locations refused to help. I had to spend 200 dollars for a new tire at another place close to me so that I would be able to get home, and, no surprise to me, the low tire pressure light went away. The technician at midas let me leave with a bad tire putting my safety at risk, because they were too cheap to replace the tire even though I had purchased the warranty. They owe me for that tire, they know it, and I cannot get in touch with a manager.

      We are sorry to hear about this.  We did not sell this customer tires nor did we charge for the flat repair. We did the flat repair complimentary and we are sorry to hear it did not work.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I bought 4 tires from midas in October 2022, all 4 had a warranty purchased as well A month ago, I go to this midas for a check, and they said the tire could not be repaired. I showed them the warranty. The manager told the technician to fix the tire instead. They put the bad tire back on my car. The tire pressure sensor light was still on, telling them the tire is leaking. They did nothing. They tried to say I should pay 700 dollars for new tire pressure sensors. My tire pressure sensors are fine, and the alert went away when a new good tire replaced the bad one they put on my car. Perhaps I should get a lawyer for fraud and warranty evasion.
