I want to begin with, **** ( the owner) is a nice guy, he gave my wife a ride to pickup the car when It was rainingbut, my wifes 2010 ******* mkx had a spongy brake pedal. she dropped it off. $89 diagnostic fee, given back if repaired. was toldyou need a brake booster (average $110 online) was charged $277 for aftermarket part, after labor, bleeding the brakes and brake fluid, ended up costing $800. the next day, my wife picked up the car drove it 1/2 mile home. The following day, we drove to the movies, on the way the brakes were dragging and locking up. There was a burning brake smell and car wouldnt roll. we call.. explain problem.. they send a wrecker.. while waiting, I popped the hood. noticed that the vacuum line to the brake booster wasnt plugged in and the brake fluid was overfilled 1/2 . The wrecker came (owned by the shop) loaded the car, told us, I only have room for 1 person, left us stranded in the parking lot. later that day.. after finding a way home, We were charged a towing fee and another $89 diagnostic fee total $213.was told after the second diagnostic check, you need new front calipers and brake lines.. I asked. didnt you test drive the car before you called us to pick it up?! I was told yes but, not for 30 min **** said, we cant control when calipers go bad and wanted $1000 more to fix car.. the calipers worked fine before we dropped the car off, after repair, they are bad?!?.we drove it away. I do not recommend doing business here, they are sloppy and charge over inflated prices..
