    I have repeatedly asked this company to stop calling our company. They just called AGAIN. The lady on the phone, lied and said we asked for them to call us. WE DID NOT. I personally told the last person that called, ( about 1-2 weeks ago), the I have asked them to remove us off their list. I was told they would, then got the call today. The woman, even hung up on me when I told her that we have asked repeatedly and that we would not do business with a company....click! MAKE THEM STOP CALLING US! PLEASE!

    Thank you, that would be great! I am not sure I have the right location. This is the 5 Star Roofing in ********, IN that this is regarding. I can provide our phone number ************, but the lady I spoke with told me they do not have a call list, as stated in my prior message to you. I just want this company to cease contact. They call repeatedly despite being told we are not interested and asking them to remove us from their calling list.

    I just received the letter from you regarding my complaint. I was unable to respond because it timed out before I received the letter, dated 07.01.25. I just received it this morning.
    I am NOT satisfied with their response. They are lying. If you look at all the other complaints on this company re: the same issue, their response is always the same. Additionally,  I spoke to the woman that had contacted me. I asked to be removed from the calling list. She said they didnt have a list. She said they get territories and then just use maps to call businesses based on the territory. I have even received calls from them since filing this complaint. I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING! We are not interested in their business, and if we need a new roof, we definitely would not utilize a company that has zero respect for the businesss they are trying to court. Please do something more to make this company stop harassing us. At this point, this is harassment. I will appreciate a follow up to this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

     I am rejecting this response because: They are lying! If they don't have my number, then how can they check their NON EXISTANT list? Our number is ************. Interesting they can't find it when they call it repeatedly. I AM DONE WITH THEIR GAMES! I have filed complaints with the ************* as well as the *** and ***. I would highly suggest they FIND our number and REMOVE IT!!. Next step is a personal attorney! STOP CALLING!!

     I am rejecting this response because: I received another call from them today. I called the corporate office and spoke to the owner and his wife?? She started threatening me, saying they are going to file a complaint against me?? FOR WHAT? For complaining about their shady business? They knew who I was without my stating my name. They already knew my name. WHY ARE YOU PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION??? When I told them that I received a call from them today, they denied it. As you can see from the photo, it clearly shows a call today 07/10/25 from Five Star Roofing. These people are con artists. I will submit the photo via email. :-(

    Extremely Disappointed Ongoing Roof Leaks After $80,000 Replacement Back in October 2023, I hired FIVE-Star Roofing to replace the entire roof on my business property, ***** ************************* in ****. Since then, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite paying over $80,000 for a full roof replacement, the roof is still leaking to this day, damaging my materials and equipment.Worse, these ongoing leaks have prevented me from obtaining an occupancy permit, which means I cannot operate my business and am still paying $7,500 a month in rent for a space I cannot use.FIVE-Star Roofing has sent out three different crews on three different occasions to try and fix the issue, and each time, the leak returns. When I reach out for help, Im told theyre waiting for the owner to schedule me when theyre in the area. That excuse has now dragged on for over four months.This companys lack of urgency and accountability has cost me money, time, and extreme stress. Its unacceptable for a businessespecially one in the roofing industry, where structural integrity is criticalto be this unresponsive and indifferent to their customers well-being and financial investment.If you're a business owner depending on quality work and professionalism, I cannot in good conscience recommend FIVE-Star Roofing.

    in response to the complaint our company has been to the location multiple times we have sent several different people to make sure that all have the same findings. the customer has been informed that the problem is due to the faulty piping with her aged and failing ac unit had the water been due to her roof system the water coming in would be a dark color not a clear color as shown in the one picture she submitted the staff has shown her contractor on site every time the location and issue . once the customer has those repairs made, we will gladly come back and reinspect to make sure the ac tech has not damaged her roof system.

    I am constantly being called by 5 Star Commercial Roofing & asked if I would like to receive a free estimate on replacing my roof. I have politely informed them every time that all of my phone numbers are registered on the national do not call list and please stop calling. Every time I get told "I'm sorry. We will take you off our list." It never happens. They blame the IT department lol. That's absolute garbage. They simply don't care. I've reported the call to the do not call list governing body. The problem is I believe they call on spoofed numbers

    I purchased this business 5 years ago, and receive phone calls from 5 star roofing AT LEAST once a week about a roof replacement. I've told them I'm not interested, I've told them I already had the work done, I've asked to be put on a do not call list, but the phone calls persist. Avoid this business at all cost, they will likely call you weekly for roof replacement, even after you paid them to do the work.

    We are called ***eatedly by Five-Star Commercial Roofing. Sometimes they call multiple times a week. I have personally fielded the calls or had them transferred to me no less than 15 times over the last 1.5 years and asked them to remove us from their lists, yet they keep calling!! The last call I received was today and I asked again to remove us. The *** said he could only send the information to IT. I see there are numerous complaints on this very same issue. Please STOP!!! This is harassment. We are a small non-proift and don't have the resources

    They called me again! I have asked to be removed from their calling list. I will be filing another complaint with the *** today. I asked the person who called where they were located, he said that they are in *************, *******. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling about the roof on my business. I am on the do not call list, but they keep calling. The last time they called they talked to one of my employees, this time is was ''******'', when I tried to call back it goes straight to voicemail.They have contacted my company repeatedly to do a free roof inspection.STOP CALLING PEOPLE WHO ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!!

    I have asked this company stop calling us, repeatedly, over the past several years. We do not wish to do business with you.     If the phone number **************** is associated with your business, you've been contacting us after repeatedly instructed not to. Searching this number on ****** shows the first result as your business, with website as: *****************************. The address listed on this website matches the address listed on this BBB page.

    I have call logs going back the last five years, where we tell you multiple times each year to add us to your do not call list. 

    Having to file a BBB complaint to get our company, and anyone else this company is doing this to which is apparent in previous complaints is an unacceptable way to do business.

    I have attached a few of the calls I found in just a few minutes by searching two of my known extensions that have dealt with your company.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I understand that you wish to remove my business from your records, however if you're abiding by the do not call laws, it should already be removed. We have asked for our number to be removed from your databases for the last 5 years. As several other complaints have stated here, you have a systemic issue within your business harassing other businesses.

    Removing my number from your database does not resolve the issue, as you'll continue to call others after they have asked you not to. This is the issue that has to be addressed before I am satisfied with your response. What will you change within your company to stop calling those that have ALREADY asked you to stop?

    We have an old building with an old roof. We called several businesses for quotes. Of all the places we called, the only one that never fails to call every single week is 5 star roofing. Every. Week. I have told them multiple times to take us off their list. We have told them we are figuring out the money situation (small business can't really afford a roof at the moment) and that WE will call THEM when we are ready (even though we decided we would go with another business with better pricing and better techniques). I have told them to take us off their call list several times. Every time I'm told "of course" but that never happens. Every week it's another call. It's honestly pretty bothersome. Idk what else to. I can see a majority of their complaints on here are people dealing with the same exact thing. We want our business, *****************, taken OFF the call list. At this point, we wouldn't go with them on the simple principle that they are constantly bothering us. Take our number off your call list.

    Some time ago this company came out to give an unsolicited quote on my business roof. Key word being unsolicited. I showed up to my business with a guy on a ladder trying to quote me a roof. I told him I wasnt interested. Because the phone number to my business is public info, I assume he put it into a profile. This company calls my business non stop. I will block the numbers and they just keep spoofing them/using new numbers. This is after I tell them to stop calling me, and they know this. Stop calling me. You waste my time and my business time.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I find it hard to believe that 5 Star roofings multimillion dollar database (as self described in another BBB complaint by someone in the company) would not have record of the phone number it calls like clockwork multiple times a month. But I would be hesitant to admit to illegal solicitation as well. I have proof that as of me writing this your company has contacted me twice in the past week. The only phone number associated with my business is the one I provided. ************. If the calls persist I will be making two phone calls myself. The first to the authorities, the second will be to my attorney.

    the number submitted is attached to a request we received on 11/08/23 from a Mr. ***** ******* for a roof quote on the facility  located at ********************************************************************* one of our sales staff met with Mr. ***** ******* on 11/08/2023 and submitted a quote via an email that was provided by Mr. ***** ******* , five stars IT department has deleted the phone number provided in this correspondence as well as the email we were provided to us on 11/08/2023.

    On January 29th, 2024, I had a new roof installed by Five Star Roofing. The technicians took our drain covers out and threw them behind our grease dumpster. We could not replace them as the roof had to cure for 90 days. By May 5, 2024 I had to file a service order because the roof was leaking. I was supposed to be notified before the technican arrived but was not and he randomly showed up. Then on June 24, 2024 I had to file a second work order because the roof was leaking worse than before they ever did any work to it. The technican was scheduled to show up July 11. He never showed up or called to say he wasn't coming. He was rescheduled for July 18th. Again no call was recieved so at 4 pm I called to see if he was still coming and was told they would reach out to him and call me back. I never recieved a call back. So a roof with a 20 year warranty is worthless after less than 6 months and the inside of my building is receiving damage.

    I have provided screenshots where your company was aware that the technican was not here on the 24th when I submitted the service request form. And also he did not show up to the next two scheduled dates. It has been almost a month. The leaking roof has caused internal damage. Also I had to rearrange my schedule to be here to meet a technican that never showed up.
