This Attorney was very rude, inconsiderate, belittling and acted in an arbitrary behavior towards Me during our free consultation. I was referred to this attorney by email search seeking advice and assistance to help with Bankruptcy due to the fact I am currently having my wages garnished during these hard financial hardship for myself and my family as I am an single mother of four children. As I met with this Mr. ********************** it was not a good look to start with due to the fact I was not warned about the construction around his business and I had an very hard time finding the interest to be on time during my scheduled appointment. Once I finally met with Mr. ********************** his greeting was very *****. His office was located on the third floor and the elevators did not work and we had to take the stairs up three to four flights which was very tiring. I was not warned of this because I had on heels this day which made it very uncomfortable. This is something that definitely should have been mentioned prior to arrival, even during appointment scheduling just in case a person had in ailments such as wheelchairs or exertion issues. Once in his "small office" We sat at an round table. I also had to ask him to close the door due to personal information being spoken as his office was close to the lobby area of his office. As I preceded to explain my hardship, he abruptly cut me off and asked for my income. I showed him my form of income , as I am and Traveling Respiratory Therapist,. His demeanor totally shifted from standoffish to disrespectful. I needed help desperately so maybe that was the reason i did not walk out his office at that point. I continued to then file out an summary of my income and monthly expenses. He then again became more aggressive towards Me demanding I should just pay my creditors, also demanded- insisted I was not being truthful with my income expenses even showed him "PROOF" of all my receipts monthly obligations. I was totally bereaved, I left in tears.

Sometimes the hardest part of being an attorney is telling a client news that they don't want to hear. Bankruptcy law has very strict conditions that must be met. It is not for everyone.   No matter how sympathetic a client may be, I believe in telling them the truth. And, yes, that can be harsh. We offer extensive free consultations and don't charge anything until I have reviewed a case and can absolutely guarantee a result.

The rest of this review attempts to hold us responsible for our building and construction in Downtown *******. I have no control over any of that.

As for our elevator, we not only have an elevator, we have one of the last human operated elevators in Northern *******.  There is a staff person who's full-time job is to take passengers up and down.

I have a small office and my table is round, but that certainly does not affect my abilities.

As for the construction near my building, I have no control over this.  The review is incorrect in that it claims that we have not advised visitors. The email confirming this person's appointment included the following statement:

Please note that there is a lot of construction near our office. You can turn into our parking lot off of ******* if you come from the west. If you have any questions or issues, call us and we will guide you in.  The easiest route is Stateline to *******. Turn east on ******* and drive past the Road Closed signs into our parking lot. The road is only closed to through traffic, but is open to our parking lot.
