  An estimate on July 6th was given to me to repair and stain deck and remove and replace vanity and medicine cabinet, glaze tub, paint walls and ceiling. I paid for vanity, medicine cabinet, and bathroom faucet, and sink drain line fixtures. The piping fixtures did not fit. He said he would get another one and get me a credit which I never saw he said he lost my receipt. Deposit of $2000.00 was given on July 15 and came with 2 deck wood boards, and short board for my broken step and stain and left. He did not return until July 13. He power washed my deck and sprayed too hard which peeled my railings, replaced 1 rotted board instead of 2, used indoor plaster to fix hole on deck post and on rotten floor board. That was 3 hours. On the 26th he said he would complete deck by sending 2 men to my house to stain. I told him that was I hired him and felt uncomfortable having 2 strange men in my yard. I told him no a storm was coming and the humidity was too high temperature was over *********************************** 3 hours I said no. He worked on my bathroom grazing the tub first, its color did not match now it looks yellow. The vanity was installed but leaks, he nailed a 2 and half door trim behind the vanity to the wall to hold in place. It was too short leaving one side 1 inch short other side 3 inches short. The paint he used was textured and too dark. He splattered paint all over my tile wall bordering my tub and floor boards, and door edging. The medicine cabinet has 1 inch gap on one side and half inch on the other exposing the dry wall. He just pushed the cabinet in the wall. The ceiling was left untouched only plastered.. He was in my house from 9ish to 4 pm. As you can see from the photos the work is unacceptable now it will cost me more money to repair all the damage. I also did not like the way he kept asking me for money when his truck broke down and speaking rudely to me when I told him the job was over and wanted my money back to fix his work.
