    offered me $300 and set up tow company. Next day tow company sent canceled message. Called and they said one tow truck was in shop & other couldn't handle the wgt of my vehicle. Called back cash and they said they'd have to get a different tow company and the offer would be reduced. Scammers. I called a local salvage yard. Don't recommend this company

    Id give this website zero stars if I could!! Cashforcars is a joke. They gave me an offer of 263 and make it seem that its non negotiable but when the company came out that was dispatched to pick up the car.. said they couldnt offer more due to to the catalytic converter being not the original and wanting to offer just 180. Cash for cars shouldnt be giving higher offers if they cant keep there promise on what the offer is. I would have gone with another place. Definitely not using this website in the future.

    I would not even leave one star! They gave me am offer of $398 for my 2012 **** Focus and I accepted the offer, only to find out when a local Auto body business was dispatched to pick my car up from Cash for Cars they only gave me $150.00 and I don't know any better to be able to tell them no! The driver for the Auto place said that Cash for Cars does this all the time to customers....how terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CASH FOR CARS!

    Same thing with me - They asked me to sign the title and send a picture of the signed title before doing anything. I will not be using them.

    The worst out there. Never showed up waited all day. I cancelled got another business who were prompt and stuck by what they said and kept me posted when coming. Cash for cars is horrible then they had the audacity to try to reach out a week later. Beware of these people. think there are many false positive write *** about them.

    ******* company that will give you a complete joke of an offer. Their offer came in 10k lower than the next lowest offer. They were horrible with communication, once I told them I wasn't excepting 2k for my truck they spammend me with emails every day. Specifically ****** ******* is garbage.

    They offered me $300 for my ****** by email, but the towing company that picked it up only would pay me $200. Be prepared to get less than what they first offer.

    Beware of this business. They fool customers. Stay away from this business. Don't do any any business with them. Horrible business. I provided correct information about my totaled or wrecked car and they gave me quote of approximately $300. I accepted the offer and they told me that a certain ************** will come and hand you the check of agreed upon amount, do the paperwork and take the car. Just keep the title ready. ************** showed and the driver looked at the car and said I cannot give any amount for this car. Car is wrecked. Well, I have given this info to cashforcars.com already and they gave me offer based on that. Driver started arguing that he won't earn anything from this car. I told him that I'll call cashforcars.com and you talk to them. He got offensive and said the deal is off. If you call cashforcars.com then I won't take your car and other towing companies will charge you money for disposing off your car. I called for cashforcars.com and they started blaming me. Now, they are telling me that drivers may negotiate with you on the price. And that offer of $300 is conditional. They hid this info from me when they made the offer. I was never given this info. For me both the towing company and cashforcars.com is same as per the offer they gave. Driver negotiated and paid just $100.. less than agreed upon offer. Now, both cashforcars.com and towing drivers are blaming me for the mess. Not only, I lost my car but also loss the money that was agreed upon. They take advantage of your misery. Towing driver too started lying about the offer. Both cashforcars.com and ************** seems to be in the business of cheating people out of their hard earned money. Shame on them.

    First they tell you they will be here to take your car on a certain day then not show up. Then they tell you a price guarantee then they offer half when they show up and try bargaining. So I would not recommend using them unless you have lots of time free to waste there time.
