"We had an unfortunate car accident on Christmas Eve where we were more than 10 hours from home, *** came out to us on the tollway and not only towed us back, but kindly stopped at a gas station so I could get my kids a snack, and then let us hang out in his shop until we were able to find a rental vehicle and a Lyft on a holiday.
