    I reached out and contacted ****** to complete removal of 3 trees in my backyard over a month ago. He initially agreed to do the job for $2,600. He came out with his ******* and saw the work for this price. Then when he came out with crew he started this price was not enough. I should have walked away from transaction at this time. We then agreed to $3,000. He stated they would have job complete in 2-3 days. They came out once and almost completed one tree. Came out again and did some of another tree. More than half with was not complete and O was no longer able to get him to come out with crew for service. Father multiple times of not showing up ****** tried to renogotiate deal again for tree service. He wanted to go to $5,000 stating job was too big and he should not have agreed to even $3,000. I have already given crew $1,500 and they have not completed half of work for me. I just wanted some type of refund for inconvenience and issues. The way he does business is totally unprofessional. Not showing up when scheduled to come out. Also, multiple times telling me his truck broke down, but he was able to go do other jobs. He has continually stated he will finish job, but when it comes time to come out he does not show up. I can no longer trust he will get anything completed because he has given me his word and gone back on it too many times.

    I had placed in complaint for business I worked with. I was reaching out because owner reached out to me and threatened to *** me because I left review on business page on ******** detailing my experience and is***s I had. I let him know I was giving my honest feedback from whole situation as other customers had left feedback similar as well. There are some good reviews and some bad. I placed in complaint because I dont think people should be treated that way and business should be done fairly. I understand I probably wont get any refund of money, but the way the gentleman does business is not good.
