    They hurt my new little baby pomeranian the first visit. Called, nasty disposition from girl that answers phone. We took our dog in, never seen a vet, no vet talked to us, only assistant. They take your dog in back do all treatments, vaccines, everything without you present. Who knows if there is really even a vet there, or a vet performing these acts. These office girls all seem to be running the show. Took my dog in today for his appt @8:45am, called on my way there at 8:35am to let them know that I was still coming and to check to make sure they were open, due to storms there were significant power outages & closed flooded roads, so I was calling as a curtosy, was told I couldn't see the vet today because my appt was at 8:30am, I informed her I still have the email that I am to arrive at 8:45am, she said I couldn't see the vet I can turn around and go home. I still arrived and on time because I wasn't far from there when I called. I went in, and she informed me they would be mailing my dogs records to me because the vet no longer wants us as customers. I asked her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked if I could take her photo with my phone so I can prove who spoke with and she starts running to the back of the office yelling at me threatening to call the police and have me removed if I don't leave the facility. I left. But I do not reccomend anyone coming here ever. My family members and all on social media say I should have not left and made her call the police since I have proof I had a legit appointment that they were not willing to keep. This place is a mental crisis! This place is extremely unprofessional. I'm a disabled elderly woman that's 5'1" with my shoes on, I'm a ********** I have a little pomeranian and pose no threats to anyone, my own son in law is a detective. I do not reccomend this place.
