On September 21, 2021 I went to Grabill Family Dentistry to get my temporary crowns put on after having 2 root canals done which they had referred me out to. That day, I signed paperwork, on a payment plan. I told the office lady, ****** that the monthly payment of $924.34 would not work for me as that was more than my house or car payment. She gave me her business card and said to speak directly to her, that we could work out a better option of payment.On November 8, I received a text message from an unknown number stating they would be running my banking debit card for $924.34... I called the office at Grabill and said, I do not authorize this amount being taken it is not available we discussed this and I cannot afford it. I had mentioned in December I would be getting a bonus check sometime maybe around the 20th that I could pay in full I had asked if I could please call the office when I received the check versus them automatically taking such a huge amount out. I get another text message stating they will run my debit card on December 20th for the full amount. I called again, and stated the 20th was an estimate of when I would receive that bonus check and to again please allow me to call first to make sure the funds are available.I would like to mention the full amount is $2,773. That is payment for temporary crowns and the permanent crowns that I have not had placed yet. They are stating I must pay I full before they will place my permanent crowns on since I was not able to make the $924 payment. They texted me again on December 21st (which I had asked them to please not text me when it came to billing) saying they would be debiting out $924. I called them back and said you are not authorized to run my card for $924 today the funds are not there and I have not received my bonus check. The last we talked I would call you and I would pay in full. They have threatened to send me to collections over something I have not received. I have temporary crowns
