      In March 2025 I decide to buy a Camper Trailer and as a novice in the end I believe that I made one of the worst decisions by choosing Keystone RV as a Company in the purchase of HIDEOUT Sport 2024 Keystone 21 'Model 186SS. The ***** BTU Air Conditioner does not work adequately for a Trailer of this size. The capacity of that air is not sufficient and the heat is immense and more so when the Slide -out is opened. I am requesting Keystone to resolve under the Warranty to upgrade to ****** BTU which is what it requires and deserves according to The Industry Standards. I sent a letter and emails to Keystone RV explaining the situation and the one who has my case is an incompetent who has refused to help me and also does not want to escalate my case.Why does KEYSTONE RV refuse to help a Customer? They don't care about the Customer. Once you've made the purchase, you can resolve it your way. This Company shouldn't be in business if it has no compassion for its Customers. I'm ready to file a complaint.

      Keystone has done an excellent job assisting us with our new 5th wheel camper warranty issues, even when the seller wasn't. We are so pleased with the response time and the customer service calls that have been provided to us. I have called them so many times and each time they are there to assist. The Keystone customer service representative assisting us from the beginning, *** A *******, has far exceeded our expectations and set the customer service bar very high. Additionally, we get so many compliments on our 5th wheel camper. Thanks Keystone and *** ********

      Dont buy anything thats a keystone. I have decking on roof not obvious not secured. They denied repair because not leaking at this time. keystonerv Certified tech a t dealer says decking is not secured. If air pockets are underneath the decking its because its not secured to the rafters. I love it when people sit behind a desk and tell a certified tech who has seen and walked on a unit hes wrong. Keystone doesnt stand behind their product. I hope people realize this and remembers dont buy anything associated with keystone. I will do my best to make everyone aware of keystone products and customers are not ******************************** RV After long searching of trying to get my RV fixed the avenue always ends with the same reply. No matter how you try to communicate with Keystone You always get the same response from the same person. It is the only company that I know that runs the place with one person !!! Even my local dealership has dealt with the same person time and time again .I guess she is the only one who runs the show ..She handles all of the denials,customer service,and makes all of the decisions . ?????After speaking to my dealership they have same experience with the same person . The answer is always denial, denial denial.

      One star is two many. We bought our Keystone Cougar 2022 29BHSWE, brand new from Vellner Leisure in ********. After a few years of owning it these are the problems. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE OR FROM Vellner.- Water pump failed,- entire floor lifted,- all seals around all windows failed and leaked,- roof failed and leaked,- Slide stopped working and leaks,- microwave stopped working - doors for pantry and bedroom came off the hinges,- electrical panel came detached from wall and almost caused a fire.

      First thing I wanna say is I advise you do not buy anything from Keystone if youre looking into campers. Their product is garbage. I bought a 2022 Keystone Alpine in 2023. My roof is falling apart. The plywood is popping off of the roof trusses under the membrane. The camper says it has a three year structural warranty theyre denying and refusing to fix it saying the roof is serving its purpose. Nothing is leaking. Yet a two year-old camper is falling apart. Their product is garbage. The people who work there are f****** garbage. This unit was built during Covid, we all know there were problems with anything made during Covid. They will not stand behind their product so again I suggest purchasing from another manufacturer do not buy a keystone. Again, I reiterate their product is garbage and they will not stand behind it if you have a problem.

      The worst experience I have ever had. There customer service falls somewhere between non existent and completely incompetent. I purchased a Hampton 372 FDB with extended warranty brand new in 2024. Within months the furnace had multiple components fail. Then the microwave failedz its been months now and my service technician has still not been reimbursed, or even gotten an answer about ***lacing my failed appliances that are covered under warantee. Their customer service ***resentative would not answer emails without me harassing keystone over social media. The service *** would ask for information, be provided that information, then not answer for weeks. This whole process has been going on for months. I would never recommend this company to anyone and definitely dont pay for extended warantee. I have given keystone every oppurtunity to rectify this situation. Months later, this is still going on, over 3 months later, no real answers and I still have been unable to get my appliances ***laced and my technician has received no reimbursement for the ***airs hes done. If ******** Timmrek is your service advisor I wish you the best of luck and I am so sorry you made the same mistake as me purchasing one of these cheaply slapped together hunks of s***

      HIRE A THIRD PARTY TO DO FULL INSPECTION AND WALK THROUGH OF NEW CAMPER BEFORE PURCHASE. PURCHASE HEALTH INSURANCE, AND THE HIGHEST COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE POLICY. GIVE AWAY YOUR FREE TIME TO MANAGE DEFECTS YOURSELF. MONEY PIT - BUYER BEWARE. Keystone RV Company has perfected a model based on mass production, cost-cutting, and strategic denial of responsibility. Defects that result from rushed manufacturing and substandard materials are treated not as exceptions, but as acceptable risks risks they fully intend for the customer to bear ******** my case, severe internal wall damage surfaced - damage consistent with manufacturing and sealing defects - only shortly after purchase.Despite clear evidence of faulty construction, damaged plumbing installation, a safe and cute environment for pathogens to grow before you can notice. (They close off the black tank plumbing system purposefully to keep you away from it - to protect it is just a lie to the consumer. Keystone refused to accept responsibility, instead attempting to push the costs onto my personal insurance. Their position ignored the underlying cause: poor workmanship and systemic neglect during production.When failures inevitably emerge often structural, hidden, and catastrophic Keystones support structure offers little more than delays and blame-shifting. Instead of honoring their warranties, Keystone routinely attempts to redirect repair costs onto insurance companies or customers themselves, using technicalities to sidestep basic accountability.This is not the behavior of a company committed to quality. It is the behavior of a corporation designed to profit from customer attrition, betting that individual buyers lack the resources to fight back.Prospective customers should be fully aware: with **********************, you are not purchasing a reliable product; you are purchasing a high-risk ****** that ends in silence and expense when not if defects surface.

      Thank you for your review. According to our records, your structural warranty remains in place. Should there be an issue that qualifies within this remaining warranty, you would simply need to take your RV to an authorized dealership to confirm a structural defect exists. If found to be present, repairs will be authorized.

      The stove in our 2022 Montana High Country caught on fire. Suburban won't replace it, and neither will Keystone. ****** Stoves with this issue. Their fix, is to disconnect the ******************************************************* 2025 Montana's they now put a fancy Furion Stove in them. Keystone should do the right thing and put in a new stove in our unit.

We take this concern very seriously, per the reason for the safety recall letters that we sent out to you.  Our records indicate that we sent the recall letter to you on 05/02/2024, 09/23/2024 and a third notice was sent to you on 04/02/2025. You confirmed that you received the letters, however, you advised you elected to not have the safety recall addressed as instructed.   This possible outcome was outlined within the notification letters sent to you. While we can appreciate your frustration with the situation, this is why having recalls addressed when you are notified about them is extremely important.  Thank you again for your review.       We purchased a 2018 four years ago, and slowly the floor in the kitchen area started sinking. We took it to a certified RV company, and they found out that when it was made, they did not put a gasket around the furnace vent. This caused water to leak in underneath the floor and we had to have the floor completely redone. My husband called the company, he had a couple men who were incredibly rude to him, and then a lady said she would call us back, which she never did. Buyer beware, they are a terrible company who does not stand behind their product. We had to pay $7400 to have the floor redone. We will never buy from Keystone again.

      I bought a 2024 **********. The first trip we took we had to use the campsite bathroom, because of a bad leak on toilet, trim was falling apart, centercap was missing and battery connection just came off when I opened the rubber gasket . Now the sink has a cracked in it making it unusable. I bought this from. Camping world in *********** **************
