              I purchased a new **** F59 Delivery vehicle From ******** on 9/20/2023. Today is 11/8/2023 and my county registrar has still not received the tile so I can register and license this vehicle.I keep getting the run a round from ******** saying they use a 3rd party to process these titles and its these 3 party's fault. I was apologized to and assured the title would be overnight shipped to my Registrar on 10/31/2023. Verified yesterday it has not arrived. I thought there were laws in place to prevent this. A dealership cannot just absolve themselves from responsibly of providing a title just because they use a 3rd party to process these items.I have all my documents and purchase documents

              I would like to be pay back the money that I pay out before the Pandemic for part on a car that I no longer own. I have spoke with *********************** twice and took me that the check would be in the mail for the money that I paid for part that never came in.
