    I ordered some items from this company ***** April 30 they sent me some damage items. I kept one of the set because it was in condition. The other two item was in bad condition. I have been reaching out to them several occasion and ask for a return label and they told me they was not going to pay for the return label that I had to pay for the return label I told them the item was damaged and Ishouldnt have to pay for return label. I reached out to Klarna I took my payments off due to the fact that items damage I left a balance all of $48.56 they shut off my PowerPoint due to the fact that this problem have not been resolved and I thought it have been they sent me severalemails stating that they was going to take care of the problem and send me a refund Ive been an ongoing situation. I come to find out Klarna took away my PowerPoint because of them I never missed a payment, so Im reaching out to you to step in because they have not resolvedthe issues. I have pictures of my merchant have been damaged and all I asked to return it or they can send me another item or this point I dont even want another item. I just want them to fix the situation because now I have an outstanding balance and my PowerPoint.Ive been taken away from me

    I requested to return some items that didn't fit. After they offered some credits etc, I still opted to return the items for a full refund. I returned my items which were received on 3/13 Tracking: ********************** I have contacted them 5 times, included tracking asking for my refund, and they have not returned any of my emails. They did respond to me while asking for the return address, so I know the email is correct. Where is my refund???
