Thur 7/7/2022 While driving my car it began to lose power and steering became difficult. The "engine losing power" warning appeared on my dash. I called ****'s Emission ********** and **** said to bring it in. I drove my 2011 ***** Enclave CXL there on 7/7/2022 and picked it up on 7/8/2022. I paid $1,021.00 for the repair.Thur 8/18/2022 While driving my ***** Enclave CXL, my car began losing power. Vehicle became difficult to steer. "Engine losing power" warning appeared on my dash again !! I called ****'s Emission and explained my vehicle was losing power again. I towed it to ****'s Emission. It was there 8/18-8/22. On 8/19/2022 and 8/23/2022 I spoke to **** and he said he didn't know what was wrong and he took it to another mechanic (without my permission) and he couldn't diagnose the problem either. 8/23/2022 was told to pick up my vehicle and suggested I take it to *****. I called **** Towing (****'s recommendation) and he towed it to ******************** in ************, **. I paid **** Towing $80.00.Wed 8/24/2022 *****'s diagnosis was a high pressure fuel pump needed. The diagnostic fee was $154.00. I immediately called **** and he said to bring it back to ****'s. I would have to pay for towing again and maybe some labor charges. I said, NO WAY !! I was not going to pay 2 tows at $80.00 plus $154.00 diagnostic fee. The total charge to me would be $314.00 plus $1,021.00 already paid to ****'s Emission. Later the same day, **** told me to bring my car back and he would change out the part. Again refusing to cover any towing or diagnostic fee. NOT FAIR TO ME !!! **** said my initial repair warranty was good for 90 days from 7/7/2022. I authorized ******************** to repair my vehicle. They changed the high pressure fuel pump and fuel pipe from pump to rail as required by ** . Thurs 8/25/2022 I picked up my ***** and paid $1,484.00. ******* gave me the fuel pump ****'s Emission installed. I'm willing to return it with a refund of $1,021.00.
