      Mr **** ***** came to my job ********** on ************* Gary ******* and drove off in my 2013 Equinox truck to his Shop. That's the last time I've seen or drove my truck. I do have All the texts that we've had. He continues to say he has No other mechanics it's only him. ?? But never has given me a real reason why it's taken this long to fix whatever it is. NEVER PUT MY TRUCK PRIORITY! Begging him over and ove to just give me my truck if he can't fix it. But no answer. It's been 5 months now. It's June 17th still no truck or call or answer from Mr ****** Please help me. I just paid off that truck in August..was so Proud of myself..worked hard 4yrs and now I had to go get another car and another bill I didn't ask for..another 4 yr payment. I really can't afford this but what do I do without transportation being a Manager for ********** of 35yrs & the Orientation Facilitator. I Need My Transportation. Can someone please help me

      This auto repair man says that he would complete the issue with the car a month ago. One month to 3 is ridiculous but demanding that we give him 3 more days. I honestly have been without a car for over 3 months and Im finding it extremely difficult to continue. Ive lost 2 jobs due to his inability of telling me when my car will be fixed. I cant imagine it taking 3 month to fix this especially because hes been paid already. Im extremely frustrated because he doesnt even call to let me know whats going on with my car. The date the work was supposed to be completed was 1/30. It shows in the document. But as you can see by 03/28 he still had it. And even today he still has it. Hes had the car since 1/16.

      I gave them my car to fix September 6 and every time I call to check on the car they tell me they have no update or it should be ready next week and my warranty company has already issued the check in December for the parts and labor.

      I am a ****************** contract owner. I own a 2016 ****** Sentra. I began having issues with my vehicle on October 3. I contacted Car Shield and over almost a month of miscommunicating, I completed all the requirements to qualify me for service repairs. Car Shield agreed to repair my transmission and would send the part to Glen Park Auto Works. I was ask. I then signed the paperwork only to find that it was the invoice and th by the **** Park Auto shop to sign for the parts to be delivered, and I refused at first claim and the repair shop submitted the invoice for work completed. As of November 27,2023 the shop was paid in full by Car shield for work not complted. I still do not have my car, the repairs are incomplete. And the repair shop has been paid in full.
