    I have been dealing with this mold and water damage since October of last year in my apartment. ***************************** company called their self fixing the problem by spraying something on the walls of the linen closet and wiping it off, they also replaced the carpet. But now this has become a reoccurring issue since May 16, ************************************* nothing has been done. It seems like to me the only time they comes out when there is fire in another apartment complex. They dont really care about us tenants but want rent paid on time every month. I done contacted the City of **** Government and filed multiple complaints . I also contacted the ****************** Im running out of patience and on the verge of being homeless. I done reached out to management multiple times and left voicemails for them to contact me and no one has responded to my calls. I also had verbal talk with one of the property owners ***** and he told me no that he didnt want to hear nothing I had to say. We as tenants shouldnt have to live like this. I done also contacted several News Stations and left voicemails to cover this story. I also done reached out to Mayor ***** ****** to let him know whats going on in this city.

    We have been renting this apartment through their company for about 7 months. We paid over ***** dollars to move in, have not had access to a portal they said we would have access to months ago. Meaning we cant pay our rent, file work orders or anything else regarding the apartments. NO ONE IN THE BUILDING HAS ACCESS to the portal. We moved here June 9th & its been terrible ever since. We were without a lease for 3 months, no working AC, tub stopped up for 2 weeks, broken mailbox with no lock that has had packages stolen from it, outlets not working, noisy disruptive neighbors & finally the presence of what looks to be roaches, water ************** coming from my kitchen sink as well as the corners of my bathroom floor. They dont give us keys to the front door so its opened at all ************* are people who come in here & lay on the steps or in the hallway, making it very unsafe. They changed locks to the back door of the building without notice, then didnt provide keys for the new lock. When they actually do come They sneak around the building so they dont have to interact with the residents who need help from them. There is no maintenance, or emergency ************** have people here now who dont really speak English & are not maintenance working on an apartment above me, so therefore I cant ask them to come view my issues. They wont answer emails or phone calls & charge $100 late fees, which is way to much & over expensive. I don't know what else to do this apartment is inhabitable & the conditions are deplorable. No matter how much I reach out nothing changes, I just called this ************ rang for the first time in a week but was still sent to voice mail. Voice mails they claim they dont get. Please help me, nobody else needs to move here & be taken advantage of, my mental health is destroyed. I have attached my most recent calls that went unanswered with them, also attached is the email I sent on ******************** 2023

    My name is ***************************. Im the son of ************************* who is the tenant at *********************************** **** ******* 46407property. She has been there over 15 years and has always oaid her rent on time. She does not deserve the treatment she been given by the company. Her toilet was clog up for almost 3 weeks of this December. she call every day and no one would reach out tio her. My mom is 74 years old. How dare these evil people treat her like that. Also her bathroom wall in fill with water. Its lumps in the wall. I took pictures of it. I have tried to call these people and got no return calls. I had call a plumber yesterday to come and fiix her toilet. It cost me 145 dollars out of my pocket to make sure my mother could use her bath room. Im tearing up as i type **** cause it hurts as i hope you can understand my frustration. This new company does not care about thier residents. Im also reaching the Mayor of **** to also investigate this company. I hope you can help my mother get her apartment to code and make sure all residents are getiing thier issue fixed in a timely manner.
