I ordered 6 Excalibur arrows from the (online) ******* Store for $46 on Sept.8, 2024. I received an email that day stating that the order was placed and being prepared to ship. Paid for a vinyl Album 2 months ago and have tried contacting customers care in three different ways and have not yet received any response to why I have not received the second half of my order. I have emailed this place 8 times as of today. They have yet to reply to a single email and have only given me a generic response of "we can't respond to you right now do to a high volume of emails." These emails have occurred over the course of the last 2-3 months. I received the wrong order on April 22nd and emailed them for the 3rd-4th time regarding having an issue. They never replied to my previous emails about other issues which ended up being resolved on their own. However, I have yet to hear from anyone after 8 emails and I just want what I ordered. My order included two lenticular CDs and I only received one being the "Eyes Open Lenticular Portals CD." The other "PORTALS ALBUM ARTWORK LENTICULAR CD" I did not receive. I purchased a preorder signed copy of a item and paid to have it shipped on release date as a surprise..well surprise was on me..no item was ever shipped..they took the money though. I contacted the company and got a computer generated letter response about they've been busy don't write back it will only delay my response to the matter. I've waited patiently and attempted to contact them on several occasions and I get nothing. I'm not understanding how this girl is sitting around and continuing to allow this to occur to her fans.. either this is a bogus site and needs to be shut down or she needs to get better people in there running it..it's her name being drug through the mud at this moment and right now I just see my money was taken and I've got no merchandise or refund or even a response. On Feb 22nd 2023 I placed preorder SHOP24023MM for a signed CD. The description said and still saya the item will "ship for 3/31/2023".It's April 8th and the item still hasn't shipped. **************** hasn't responded to my last two inquiries. There are numerous people who have stated they order in mid-March, and they have theirs in hand. I just want the item I ordered, or at the very least a timeframe. The website said "Order by X date to arrive by Christmas" it has not even shipped. I have contacted them three times and they can't even tell me if they will ship it. They lied about shipping it by a certain date. I could have used that money to buy it on **** had I know they were lying. After reaching out they still won't tell me if they will ship it or when.
