      Absolutely horrible! I am a very respectful person and understand that used vehicles will have wear and may have parts to replace but i purchased 2013 dodge durango from them and already have problems with it...came with 113 thousand miles on it ans has a oil leak, swayarm is twisted an bent shocks are out of alliment and hitting my struts so much mecanic work a single mom cant afford

      Purchased a 2014 GMC terrain with less than ******* miles. *** we owe $11,000 because of a bad transmission, rear differential seal, etc. Paying $400 every two weeks. Asked for them to re-evaluate our payments due to hours being cut at work and all they can say is I'm sorry. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE JOKERS WITH JUNK CARS. We have been good customers with no missed payments on five years and now they don't care if we have money to live on as long as they get the majority of our income. My work won't give out a lot of information so I sent them every check stub to be told it is not good enough for them. Seriously bad business practice.

      Absolutely horrible! I am a very respectful person and understand that used vehicles will have wear and may have parts to replace but we purchased a ***** Silverado from them for over $22,000 and understood that there could be minor issues over time not too long after found that our transmission was bad. We were told to junk this vehicle because they said the engine isn't in great shape either but we still owe $14000 on this lemon. Transmission was said to $6000 to replace. We have a working family and kids and need our vehicles to get to work and kids to school and other activities, This purchase has caused a great deal of stress and financial burden. I can honestly say that I wish I had seen the other reviews on here before we chose to purchase a vehicle at Superior Auto in ********* **. I now realize that this company is crooked and will be turned in to better Business Bureau. Buyer beware and I say this with all honesty in hopes that you chose a different dealership so you do not end up in a bind as we have.

      Bought a car from them couldn't drive it as soon as it was bought the turbo was bad it was in the shop more than on the road long story short they would not fix it correctly and was not able to ************ they are holding me responsible for the car do not use superior auto they are crooked big time

      I have bought three cars from them and each time have been lied to and robbed. To take advantage of people with poor credit and sell them junk. I could have went to the junkyard and bought the same piece of junk I could have went to the junkyard and bought the same piece of junk for ***** cheaper on the newest car my wife got the battery was dead when we went to pick it up they said that they would set it up an appointment to have the car battery changed they never did we called and they said but they never said that so we replaced it the first car we went through three PCMS in 2 years that's $1,600 a piece I just don't want anybody else to get taken advantage of like me and my wife have I pray you guys do not buy from them

      Financed a 2014 Cadillac SRX... For way more than what the car was worth.... But hey no credit check what could I say... I was in an accident couple months later. My insurance totaled the car and offered them a buy out option for the actual car value... I didn't have gap insurance so I would be responsible for the remainder of the loan... Understandable! They signed the buy out accepted the money and applied it to my account. They then signed off as lien holder on the title and sent title to insurance company. I paid the salvage cost to purchase it back from the insurance company and paid out of pocket to repair all the damage to be able to drive it.... ********************* sent me the title and I was told I was free and clear to do what I wanted with the car....About a month later facing financial difficulties due to now paying out of pocket to repair car myself so I could get back and forth to work and pay off remaining balance.... I day late on payment car was repossessed. I pay bill and receive my car back. The next week 1 day late they placed boot on it. I payed the bill and they said they send someone out to remove the boot... but no one ever came so 2days later I removed it myself . Just for them to reboot it again... paid the bill in full ... 2weeks later repossessed again and then I was told I had to pay remaining balance of $10,000 to get it back... I'm sure had a lot to do with the removed boot.... But Then I asked how is it possible since you released the lien and sold it to my insurance company. To whom which gave me the title with there signature releasing the lien. They said they were not aware that I was buying it back and would be filing for a new title... How is this even legal?

      This place is a complete joke I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional. I made my payment online with 2 different cards. My first payment wasnt showing it went through, so I called for this rip off company to check their system to see if it went through. I used my second card for the remaining balance. Needles to say ***** didnt go through. Instead of giving me a courtesy call to inform me. This bogus company repoed my car and made me pay a ***** repo fee. Superior Auto is money hungry, and they dont care about ripping people off, liars and unprofessional and employees dont know how to properly talk to customers.

      They came to my house threatening me. They do not follow their half of the contract. And make up new rules as they go. They also expect their employees to choice them and not their kids needs. They are rude and I'm over it. If I could send my car back and it not effect my credit I would. I'm over the disrespect. Like I'm the customer. I'm their paycheck a d they treat us customers poorly even though we pay for their over priced cars.

      As I am sure many of you already know, Superior Auto is not a very reputable company. I was lied to by their staff from the second I walked in the door. They were very unorganized and somewhat misleading about the whole ordeal. I purchased a 2012 ****** Armada with approximately ******* miles on it. I put a $400.00 down payment on it and my monthly payment is $640.00. It's pretty clean overall except for the whole driver side speaker system is shorted out. Runs great. I need this vehicle to get to and from work and without this vehicle I will get fired. At the time of signing, I informed the salesperson that I was due for a promotion at work and that my pay period would be switching to a biweekly cycle and that I would need to make my first payment on Thursday ,07/27/23. She denied this and told me my payment was due yesterday and they just repossessed my vehicle. Now, I have to wait for them to "investigate" it and I have to go pick it up in Hillsdale when they either fix their mistake or I make an early payment. This won't happen until Monday morning and that's too late for me. They also said it's illegal for them to return the vehicle to my house and that I have to go get it. I really don't want to deal with such a ridiculous company, but I already gave them $400.00 and I feel trapped now. There was 3/4 of a tank of gas in the tank and this vehicle is not great on gas, but I highly doubt such a shady company will reimburse me for what they owe. I have been trying so hard, just to get knocked right back down. I was staying at a co-workers house to save money for this vehicle and after I was finally able to drive it off the lot, I moved back to Ovid Township. I used to walk everywhere, but Concord is too far to walk. I really love my job and I don't want to lose it...but regardless...I will prevail. So please take note of my PSA , and do yourself and anyone else you know looking for a vehicle to purchase a favor and drive right past Superior Auto and keep going.

      I Purchased 2014 **** Escape from the ******* **** location and was told it was gone over and good to go. They suggested I could take it to a mechanic why would I pay hundreds of dollars for a person to look at it and if something wrong I dont buy it if they already had it looked at. I went off what they said well it wasnt 3 weeks and front end made a noise then it started stalling when I came to a stop, had to put in neutral to keep it from stalling. **** come to find out the transmission went out. And **** had issues with this year and never recalled them. ********** I purchased a extended warranty company well that was a joke also they fixed it the transmission and a month later had more issues that revolves around it and the warranty company wouldnt fix it and **** wanted almost 8k to fix it. So I told the manager at Superior that it has issues and I wasnt making anymore payments and they can have it back as I had already purchased a new vehicle from a reliable Dealership and that they can Repo the car as I wasnt making anymore payments because there are issues and Im not fixing them out of pocket. And now they keep hounding me and my friends who I put down for references about this car and account. I don't have a problem with the Manager she has been very good but its the other girls in that place are not professional. I told all my friends to block the numbers because they call my references and they just need to leave me and them alone you have the car back sell it to another person its a junk 2014 **** Escape radio navigation and transmission issues. Sad part I paid on Time each week and now you want to harass me and my references now. Watch out for this car on the lot up there in the ******* location it has tinted windows and front window top is tinted that I paid to have done to match the back windows from factory. They are Scamming people and Charging double for cars that have issues after they are driven off the lot. Dont Go Here

      The complainants statement They suggested I could take it to a mechanic conveys the fact that we offer all potential buyers an opportunity to have any subject vehicle inspected by a technician of their own choice prior to finalizing a purchase. Such an opportunity clearly results in a buyer who is better informed, thus no reasonable person would actually complaint about it.

      Furthermore, it appears as though the complainant may be missing the fundamental concept that we have nothing to do with a warranty that we did not provide.  We did not sell him the warranty to which he refers with his statement I purchased a extended warranty company well that was a joke, he purchased that warranty from a nonaffiliated third party warranty provider, so his dissatisfaction with the warranty itself should be directed to the company that provided it.

      Moreover, the statements about the quality of the vehicle are inconsistent with the underlying facts, one of which is that the complainant drove the vehicle over ****** miles in less than one year.  Regarding the alleged harassment, it should be mentioned that telephone calls to this complainant were discontinued on April 28, 2023.
