    To whom it may concern,
A customer who purchased a 2016 **** Explorer from Cortezanos Auto Sales LLC on May 21, 2024, recently filed a complaint. At the time of sale, we provided all necessary paperwork, including a Bill of Sale, ST-108 Form, As-Is Condition form, and temporary plates. Both the Bill of Sale and As-Is form confirm that the vehicle was sold as-is, with no warranty, and that the buyer understood these terms after test-driving and inspecting the vehicle.
Each used vehicle at our dealership undergoes an inspection and servicing to ensure it is in good condition. On August 7, 2024, the customer texted to inquire about additional SUVs, showing no current issues with her vehicle. She later asked if she could trade in the Explorer, and I explained that we do not accept trade-ins. She responded, ok.
On October 11, 2024, the customer informed me that she had spent $1,200 on tires, brakes, and rotors and that her mechanic could not complete a wheel alignment. I reminded her that she had tested the vehicle, which did not have alignment issues at the time of sale. Now, five months later, she claimed the vehicle was swaying side-to-side. Although I offered to examine it, she threatened legal action, intended to contact the Better Business Bureau, and accused our staff of incompetence.
As a dealership, we cannot control a vehicle's handling after sale or any potential damage from subsequent use. We pride ourselves on a fair and transparent process, encouraging buyers to involve their mechanics in the pre-purchase inspection.
    Sincerely,
    Cortezanos Auto Sales LLC

I recently bought a car from this dealership for $**** dollars, the dealer stated this car had a clean title no accidents and was in mint condition and trying to negotiate would be unfair due to the price of the car already being slightly under retail value. It was a 2016 ************, I took it to a body shop and they stated it had been in an accident and has over $4000 in damages that need repaired "a broken radiator, fog lights, front bumper, front grille" and the only thing he told me was the grille was broken, we specifically asked him if the car was in an accident and he stated no and said the grilles only broken because work they did at their shop. I've had the car 2 weeks as of February 10th, I tried to contact him about a refund and he blocked me. All I want is a refund the car has been driven less than 100 miles but this dealership needs to be shutdown or the owners punished, selling lemons and lying about it is illegal and no way should have to spends **** dollars on a lemon due to a liar.
