    Original date: May 13, 2024 We agreed to a daily rate to remove dead or dying trees on our property. Not only did they not finish the job, but they removed a 34 love healthy Oak tree we never discussed. I was very disheartened by this, with no resolution offered. They dropped a tree on our driveway which had to have concrete replaced as there were huge chunks. They tore up our back yard, even though they knew it was a little soft in the yard they drove equipment back there. The owner never showed up when work was done, even though he said he would. There is still a torn up yard, and trees they dropped but never took even though they were supposed to. I offered to mark the trees and they said I didnt need to, which makes it seem obvious they wanted the oak tree they took without permission. We never emailed (June 6th) and texted and called multiple times and have been basically ignored and blown off. 2 times were told the owner would be out to discuss and no call no show. They were supposed to come today to finish so we told off work so no other issues spike happen and no one showed up.
