    First red flag was me requesting to be there during estimate and them not honoring that. Then estimate seemed fair for trim, however full tree cut was high. So I went with trim. They came and took about three limbs saying it was the dead limbs. My reason to trim was get the limbs away from garage which would of been indicated if they would of had me present during estimate/quote. I did indicate that on phone call though. Quick buck for them. He wasn't gonna make it right but I brought in other family members in this . Still not happy.Garage has a large limbs hanging near it. He seems self righteous and rude. Also and a person from Fort wayne utility came out 25 years in business. Could not believe what I paid and said it was a crappy job. They have been dealing with tree situations for many years. They deserve this review or I would not leave it

    Perform work without homeowner present. Then ghost you when you have questions. Wish I would have read the below account before I paid them. Maybe I would have gotten resolution!!I will verbally say DO NOT USE Monster Tree Service anytime I can.
