  Let me start by saying that *** had previously installed new windows and did a bathroom remodel for me and I was very happy with the work that they did. I went to them this time for a complete kitchen renovation and new flooring throughout. The design process went fine. I gave my designer the specs for my refrigerator as asked, before the final draft. I was having a pantry installed that was going to **** up next to an existing light switch. On day 4 of the renovation I came home and that light switch had been moved to the other side of the wall. When I talked to the designer about it, he didn't recall us discussing not moving it. They had to move it back and fix the wall, which meant they had to paint that wall. That paint didn't match the existing paint and that patch looked like luminol in the dark!! WDM painters were the worst! They didn't patch holes, they painted over decals, they didn't sand and etc. I eventually "fired" them and hired my own painter to do it. I even hired my painter to paint the entire room where they had mistakenly moved the light switch to. I was supposedly comped for hiring my own painter, but in the big scheme of things, i really wasn't. I basically felt like I was managing the renovation project, instead of them. I work ***** hours a week and on top of that, I had to manage them too. Back to my refrigerator reference, when it came time to put in my refrigerator, it didn't fit in the space that was allotted because "did you give me the specs for your refrigerator"? More adjustments had to be made. I was so sick and tired of dealing with them that I paid the final invoice and washed my hands of them.

  *** overpromised and underdelivered. The project was not completed on time and was of poor quality. The workers often refused to complete tasks, left with materials paid for by customer, and tried to get customer to hire them on the side. Project managers were not available and did not add any benefit to the project. This was a terrible experience.

  ******************* from concept, options, design, communication, installation, clean up and final inspection with 3 orders - all new windows, all new doors, and kitchen remodel. Showroom team are talented, professional and work for the customer. The installation teams are second to none. They get it right the first time! We had a small hiccup that was immediately resolved with ***** personally visiting, apologizing and getting resolved on schedule. As the customer I had to communicate, listen and make sure they knew what I wanted, needed and expected. Highly recommend Windows Doors & More!

  All of my windows and doors have come from Windows, ***************************** and I am thrilled with them! They do a great job and I will be coming back for sure.
