    Garry ******, owner, and I met to discuss a quote for gutters, downs, and, possibly, gutter guard installation. Because of the build of my house and its heavily wooded lot, I specifically requested 6 in seamless gutters of .032 gauge aluminum bc of its higher durability. He sent me a text with a quote that was much higher than others, whose quotes included taking down and hauling away the old gutters and downs. I asked that the quote be itemized to include the .032 gauge aluminum and a credit for the gutters and downs that had recently been removed. Instead of answering my specific questions, he decided to get evasive and said, "Just go with someone else, then. We have no problems with the work we do...Sorry we can't help you. Have a great evening." Even though I specifically requested .032 gauge aluminum gutters, he quoted me for .027 gauge aluminum gutters and got offended when I questioned this missing detail and inquired of a credit for the gutters and downs recently removed. Apparently, he was hoping I wouldn't notice that his higher quote was for the lower quality, builder grade, .027 gauge, aluminum gutter and included no credit for the recently removed gutters and downs. Buyer beware. Be certain that you are quoted for what goods and services you ask for instead of what you do not want and/or do not need. Get specifics in writing. If you are met with evasive, defensive answers, that's a no sale.

    *********************** and his Thee Best Built crew do an amazing job. We had a roofing project(s) and a siding project and a few other smaller projects. They did a fast, reasonably priced job on all of them. ***** was easy to work with and knew what needed done to make sure it was correctly done.
